I loved my experience with Lauriann. She was flexible with scheduling, arrived on time and put me at ease right off the bat. My dining room is now an area that I want to spend time in - after getting the "junk" out and shifting a few pieces of furniture, there is truly a much better flow & energy to the house. Lauriann has a calming and positive personality and her 3 hour visit flew by. For those that might be hesitant to try her services, just do it! Having a clutter-free home really creates a sense of peace in other areas of your life! A++

I connected with Mrs. Stepp via a coupon site, and BOY! What a blessing! She arrived promptly, and asked questions which drew out my concerns and needs. I was concerned that an organizer would try to impose their ideas, as opposed to a negotiated set of solutions, but Lauriann compassionately and patiently worked with me. Allowing someone to come into my home, given its condition, was a bit intimidating, yet Lauriann was non-judgemental. Mrs. Stepp is very hands-on, as opposed to a director. She has more energy than the Energizer Bunny, and she is not a 'clock-watcher'. My energy gave out before her's did. We made so much progress, in factt, that I saw my room in a different light and decided that I wanted to rearrange it. Yet, I could not fully visualize a new arrangement. With her leading the way, we created a wonderful new great room. If you are looking for a professional who is also delightful, give Lauriann Stepp a try. You won't regret it.

Thanks to Laurianne our office was transformed in to a functional workplace. What was a dreaded appointment turned out to be painless and simple. She was most professional and provided a thorough yet efficient filing system. The work in progress is now a reality! I would recommend her to anyone who needs structure.

My space was a total mess! After 4 hours with Lauriann, the place felt like a palace. The place was so clean! And has stayed that way. After reading tons of organizing and feng shui books, I finally got what I really needed - help from a pro. I am compelled to keep my space in order because it feels so good! And I taking clean to other parts of the house. Lauriann is fun to work with and addresses the issues around creating a great life. We will be tackling paper next.Yes! Lauriann is the best!!!

Before I met Laurianne I was a MESS!!! I have 3 jobs and I need equipment and supplies for all 3.So I had stuff everywhere!!! I heard about Laurianne through a very good friend but I must admit I was embarrassed to let her see my mess. So, I waited and when I couldn't take it anymore I called her. When she came to see my "mess" I closed my eyes and pointed her to the room and the first thing she said was "is that it?". I immediately opened my eyes and thought, "this is going to be great". She really made me feel like my "mess" was normal. She never judged me. And when she was done I looked like the most organized woman in the world. I showed my family and they couldn’t believe it!!! What I like about her is that not only will she clean but she teaches you how to be organized. She will give you keys to make sure you can keep it up!!! It’s fantastic!! There is one thing that I always remember and it helps me keep my place just like she did it!!! The other thing I like about Laurianne is that she becomes like family. She is easy going, non-judgmental, and friendly. And she has an amazing work ethic!!! She will push you until you get tired and then she will keep pushing until your place is finished!! She has been to my home 6 times now because we have used her services in other rooms!!! So, if you are looking for someone who can organize the worse mess without making you feel bad and give you tips to help you stay successfulLaurianne is the chosen one! -The Happy Trainer
