I've lived in the area for over 30 years and always see a lot of expensive cars being washed or detailed. My personal experience is good. They usually do a very good job for the price. If you're really picky, be sure to look the car over before you leave. If you're super picky, go to boutique business. Whenever I had an issue, they always remedied the situation immediately. I've only had to do this once or twice out of several dozen washes and waxes. Management doesn't mind if you prefer to inspect the car before you pay. I personally never had an issue with theft, but I would never leave my car with ANY business without removing personal belongings. This type of industry has its share of bad apples, but an employee would need to be really brazen to take something since the entire work and wash area is exposed. Management is really honest, so I would recommend notifying them immediately if something is missing. Be sure to check Valpak for coupons. I usually go every other month for their $30 wash/wax special. It's a really good value and the car comes out almost as good as my Porter Cable 7424. Just kidding, you can't beat the Porter Cable, but the Coachman wash and wax easily maintains the shine. If you have a really oxidized car, they will use clay bar and compound the paint for a few dollars extra.
