when he's in the mood. It seems hit or miss with this vet. I've taken my parrot there where he has been wonderfully attentive and then the next visit has been moody, abrupt and highly stressed out. I showed up for an appointment and was told he was in surgery and that I should have been called to reschedule my appointment. I decided to wait. About 20 minutes later, the vet appeared clearly irritated with my presence and rushed through my appointment while berating his assistant in front of me for not cancelling his appointments. It was really uncomfortable for me and his assistant and although I think he's a knowledgeable vet and great with my parrot, sadly I don't think I'll be back.

I had been a client of Dr. Gladstone for more than 2 years but finally got fed up and looked for a more stable clinic. He can't seem to keep staff. Often times it is him and one person to care for patients and animals who are boarded there, tend to clients as they come in as well as answer the phones. I was waiting for some particularly important test results for one of my cats. When I hadn't heard after the promised period of time I had to call and no one seemed to know what I was talking about. This went on for several days. If I hadn't been so persistant, I am sure no one would have realized that the test results hadn't come in. I spoke with Dr. Gladstone about my concerns. He became defensive and angry and it became obvious to me that he didn't have either the time or the desire to address my concerns. I deserved better service than that and my cats certainly did. I hope he can get enough competent people to help him before some animal dies from an condition that goes undiagnosed.

The staff is constantly changing and, in fact, this clinic in now drastically understaffed. It is the vet and one tech. Everything feels rushed and unprepared and I'm not comfortable with that kind of lack of attention for my animals. I started going to Cats at Delk Spectrum and the difference is amazing.

WE took our pet to Cobb Central Animal Hospital they took great care of him. I would recommend them to any one who loves their pet. Kozomo will only be going to Cobb Central Animal Hospital in the future.

We have been taking our two dogs (our "Girls") to Dr. Ronald Gladstone for many years now. We even make the drive from Tucker to Marietta because our girls deserve the best. Dr. Ron and his staff are the Very Best! When our previous vet retired, we tried a couple local places but just didn't find the comfort level we required. After a friend referred us to Cobb Central, we knew this was the place for us. They are truly professionals and use the latest techniques and equipment to care for our girls. We are very happy with the wonderful services they provide.
