I recently moved to the area. I want to switch to this location to make the drive closer to me. The curly hair country girl receptionist,who I talked to, was rude and unprofessional. She tried to decide for me who should be my agent. I said to her I'm new to the area and I don't know any agent at the office; they have 7 agents there. I asked her to put me down with an agent who is caring and have no problem dealing with claim if it ever happens. She asked me if I ever talk to any agent at the office and I told her I talked to Braden. She said "then you need to talk to him." I went there to meet Braden about three weeks ago and I haven't receive my policy package yet. Braden is young, but has a professional manner. The curly hair receptionist needs to be replaced!!!...

Farm Bureau has great agents. I can vouch for 6 years of service, and my family for over 30 years of continued loyalty. Steve is our Agent, and I always run anything through him to give him the opportunity to quote. Sometimes he's high, sometimes he's low and we go with him. We have had one claim and it was quick and easy. They do everything from life to home to car.
