We've always had great service with Dr Grim and her staff. No problems with prices, ear cleaning, any pet care whatsoever. The scheduling is very good, esp for boarding. Those who complainied, have no reason to. I assume they are the type of ppl who would complain if they won the lottery. They just cant be please. We also had a dog put to sleep a few yrs back, and we were treated with the upmost dignity and respect from the clinic during our time or mourning. I would recommmend Cobb West Clinic to anyone who wants their pet taken care of in a professional manner, by a vet and staff who love animals.

Dr. Egins is the best-bar none ----if some people are not satisfied it is often because they are just difficult to please anyway. (Some people are just like that)--My pets have always been well-treated -for boarding and when ill. I always feel that they treat my pets like they were their own. -Denise

For those reviewers who had negative experiences with this clinic, may I ask which doctor you saw during your visit? Dr. Grim is the full-time attending veterinarian; however, there are oftentimes some relief veterinarians. It would be extremely helpful to the clinic, I'm sure, to know what needs worked on, whether it's professionalism, organization, time spent with the client and/or patient, upfront notification of all charges, etc. Thank you for all of your informative input!!

Prices are high. Service is questionable. Generally when I call and make an appointment, it doesn't get properly scheduled. Grooming services are horrible. Dog came out of groomer with loose hair all over him and ears not as clean as they should be. The Dr. is qualified, but not very personable. Lacks a good "kennel-side" manner. Charges are not discussed up front unless you press.

The doctor is knowledge and professional. The doctor's assistant and front office staff are disorganized, forgetful, unprofessional, and contradicting. The doctors needs a better support team, because this center can be the best clinic in the area. If we go back, it is only because of the doctor.

I have taken my 2 dogs to this clinic and more time than not the girls give me wrong pricing on the phone and then I am asked to pay quit a bit more than I bargained for. Communication and knowledge is lacking in this Clinic. I have moved my animals to a new clinic... Try Bullard Vet Clinic in Austell

I've been going to this clinic for many years and they have always taken great care of my dogs. If we have to board them, I take them here. I've had dogs with many health issues and the staff have been with me every step of the way. When I had to put my 14.5 year old lab down, I don't know who was more emotional - me or the staff. We moved up to Acworth but I still drive my dogs down here.

I have two little kittens and I was very nervous about taking them to the vet for the first time. Although the wait was a little long, the nurses and doctor were very friendly and caring towards my kittens.

I boarded my dog with this place, and they brought him out to me with dog manure on his head and back. They should have taken 3-4 minutes to clean it off of him before returning him to me. They also charge a fee for a physical check of the pet before they will give it a shot. My dog had a bad ear infection with an odor and they did not detect it, but they charged me for this "check up" fee before they would give him a rabies shot. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Changed vets from Cumberland Animal Clinic (very well rated) so my expectations were high. I felt like the attention my animals received was comparable to the old vet. Very friendly and attentive, they gave me some great suggestions on helping my cat get on a diet, and I felt like their pricing was fair. They offer discounts for bringing in multiple pets at a time, and also if you have 3 or more pets current on their shots with them, they give another discount. They give estimates of care costs, and if you speak with them in advance they are willing to work out payments. Very impressed, very pleased.
