I had to take my car into the dealership for a warranty issue, additionally the A/C system was making a whining sound. The dealership stated that the cabin filter was torn, shredded, and shoved into the A/C duct work. Funny thing is that they said that it was the ORIGINAL filter. I had just paid Classic Car Spa $55 for a new cabin filter and additional fee's for installation a few weeks prior. So, they, Classic, removed my old filter, tore it in the process, couldn't find a new one, so, shoved the shredded remains of my old filter back and collected the roughly $75 for their hard honest labor. LOVELY.

I have been to this car wash several times. Usually I have to vacuum and wipe down the inside after I get it washed because it's not done. I have brought this to the attention of the manager several times, but there's always a new manager to receive my complaint. I keep going back in the hopes that they will eventually get things right the first time but alas, that hasn't happened. I usually keep things in the door pockets such as a sun visor, notepad, etc and they've never been touched until the last time I went. My driver's side pocket was completely cleaned out and the items either thrown away or kept. I am so disappointed I not only will NEVER go back but will encourage friends & family to not go there!

People come from all over the East Valley to Classic Car Spa to get their cars and trucks washed for two reasons: 1 - the service is terrific, and 2 - the wash is "brushless" and the vehicle mover is "trackless" so that the automatic portion of the wash doesn't damage your vehicle. I'm lucky that I live close enough that I can actually walk home while they do their great "detailing" services. You won't regret driving to the Car Spa for your car wash!
