terrible service!
Good customer service and satisfaction posted at the store wall but I what I experienced was exactly the opposite of what they are trying to project to customers. It took me 2 months to wait for my prescription sunglasses but not a single apology was made. If I did not dispute this through care credit, it could have been a longer wait. I was informed by care credit customer service representative that the disputed merchandise is ready for pick up but when I went there I waited again for an hour.
