Great experience, friendly and prompt staff...Dr. Cole is always easy to talk to and I feel comfortable speaking with her about any questions or concerns I have!

I have to agree with what many others are saying about Dr. Cole. I went to her office for Fraxel treatment. My first two treatments were with a nurse and she was wonderful. My next appointment was cancelled by them, and my rescheduled appointment was again cancelled. As luck would have it, I had to cancel my second rescheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Nobody mentioned any charges for cancelling so I assumed it was fine. When I finally made it in, she introduced herself (first time meeting her) and then scolded me for cancelling and saying I should have been charged for the appointment! I then had to sit there for the hour while she preformed my treatment, trying not to go off on her. On a side note, her husband preformed my last treatment and saw me for my follow-up and I really liked him. Still, I would never go there again. (This was about 2 years ago.)

I wish I would have seen these reviews before walking into this office! The front staff was disorganized & knew nothing about my insurance when I walked in. As I sat down to fill out my life history I asked what my co-pay would be, then asked if they would hold a check for 1 business day (like all my other Dr's are willing to do since my CARE is more important than my MONEY). The rude little Asian girl basically cut me off and stated "No, we deposit today". I understand, but come on, you'd refuse a new patient over a small co-pay? I walked up and said well here's the paperwork, I need my cards and walked out. Apparently Dr. Cole is excelling in this economy & doesn't need new patients. The sad thing is I work in the medical field and have quite a few co-workers and patients looking for a practice to join for their skin needs as well. Word of mouth goes a LONG way, and the greed and unwillingness to work with their patients is poor. I'm glad I didn't see the Dr, especially after reading others reviews. Money will only get you so far Dr. Cole, CARE is what will keep your practice thriving. You should be ashamed of yourself. As a medical professional I'm ashamed for you.

I went in for minor acne treatments. Dr.Cole diagnosed me in 5 seconds from the DOORWAY. She didn't even bother to come near me to examine my skin. Then, she tried to sell me expensive laser treatments, which I thought was way too invasive and drastic for minor pimples. NEVER AGAIN. My new Derm. is Dr. Timani, and she is great!

Went to Kendra Cole for melasma (hyperpig) after preg. She said there was not much that could be done, but that her husband - also a Dr. at the practice - specializes in cosmetic treatments to help. Before she left the room, she asked if I ever had a full body scan. I had not (age 35) so ok'd her doing so. She claimed she found a questionable mole in the middle of my back (a spot I happened to not be able to see at all) and could she biopsy it. I allowed her. It was fine - but to this day, I'm convinced it was a way to make money (esp. after reading the reviews of her wanting to biopsy a spot on everyone). I then saw her husband. He struck me as a Christian Slater type - smooth talking and mellow (almost too mellow). They did a free UV scan of my face. His only recommendation for my melasma was 5k worth of laser treatments with no guarantees. No thank you. Do not go here - they push the cosmetic products and services. Not a "true" dermatology office in my opinion.

I spent a lot of $ for PPx and Clearlight acne treatments. The treatments were spread over the course of many weeks where I would go in and have the PPx and then right after, I would have the Clearlight. During my last visit, they did the PPx treatment and then told me that the Clearlight was broken, but not to worry b/c my results would be the same. Well, they weren't, I definitely benefited a lot from the combined treatment, not to mention that I paid for both. So, I was not happy that I wasn't informed about the machine being broken ahead of time as I had taken the day off from work to have the treatment. The doctor and office staff were not very concerned that I wasn't happy and were very nasty over the phone when I called to complain and to try to work something out. Since they said the PPx was the same, they would not give me an opportunity to come back and have the Clearlight treatment. I ended up going back into the office and sitting there until someone would meet with me. I finally got all of the treatments I paid for, but it took way more effort on my part than it should have. I do not recommend them to anyone. They do not seem to understand customer service and from what I could tell, they do not invest in keeping their equipment maintained and up to date.
