So after my horrible experience at Coast Dental on Cascade with Dr. Stancil I HAD to find a new dentist office. I was a little weary because I had to leave message to get an appointment but they called back promptly and were very nice. I made an appointment and on my visit I was seen within 15 minutes. Everyone in the office was friendly and went out of their way to be nice. The dental hygienists were very personable and Dr. Reichman was very knowledgeable and nice. I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

I have been to several nightmare dentists over the past few years so I approach every new office with extreme caution. Finally though, I've found my new dentist! Collier Hills Dental has finally renewed my faith in dentist's offices! The staff was incredibly welcoming. They make sure to introduce themselves by name. I was not kept waiting past my appointment time. The hygienist preformed a thorough and detailed cleaning. I wasn't pressured into additional services or made to feel like it was going to be catastrophic if I didn't get in right away to have my cavity filled. The best part is that they were able to give me a quote of what it will cost to have the recommended work done. I won't go in wondering what sort of bill I'm going to be getting. Some reviewers have complained that they are expensive. I have minimal dental insurance and found their prices to be reasonable for good dental work.

I was a patient of Dr. Majeska's for 30 years, even though I had to travel quite a distance to get to him. Dr. Majeska does excellent work and I have trusted my teeth AND my children's teeth to him with no reservations. I did not intend to change dentists. With Dr. Majeska & Tracy gone from Collier Hills Dental - I won't be making the significant trip to that particular office - it has definitely gone downhill since the change in personnel.

There is no doubt that there has been a remodel. From the new chairs and sofa to the fresh paint on the wall, this office is comfortable and updated. A nice change for a great staff and for the patients.

I have been a patient here for a year. Located in as small strip mall next to Depalma's and Martinizing cleaners, this office is a gem in the burbs. Small and quaint, the inside of the office has a fish decor permeating the entire place. Apparently the owner loves fish! Staffed by pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful workers, the office runs very efficiently. My 1st visit encompassed being introduced to one of the two Dr. on staff followed by a routine exam, including x-rays. Although the initial visit was lengthy, the office is equipped with headphone and a wide selection of movies and music to select from so that the time spent in the chair is not bad. Since my initial visit I have returned for regular check ups and have been greeted by smiling hygienists who are helpful in answering my questions and very professional with their work. If you are looking for a small and personable dentist try this office. =

Make sure you ask for prices before you get in the chair. They charged my insurance company $200 for a cleaning, a few x-rays and a 6 minute examination by the dentist. When the insurance company only paid $125 they sent me a bill for $75. What a ripoff!!!!!

While I only chose this dentist based on the good reviews I saw on various opinion forums, I was highly disspaointed in the treatment the receptionist gave me. I was pressured into making a followup appt. just a few days after my inital cleaning appt and when I realized I just wasnt going to be able to make the follow-up and would need to re-schedule, the receptionist fought me on the issue. I had to call 3 times before she agreed to cancel it after explaining that it just wasnt in my budget that week. And then she called me the very next day wanting to re-schedule. I will not be re-sceduling. I am frankly scared of the recptionist at this point. And what if I needed to re-schedule or change my appt. in the future? Its so not worth the stress.

Sallie at the front desk is professional and knows her job. Tracy (I think that's her name) is also professional and knows her job. I was pleased with Dr. Majeska. Doesn't seem to be into all these fancy gadgets that make dentistry so expensive. The movie was great also.
