DO NOT GO THERE!!!! They don't deliver what they promised. They would say anything to get your business. BE CAREFUL!!! They lie. They promised to have my car fixed and drive like a brand new (I was going to total it but they convinced me that it will be perfect!!)... And now, it's got more problems than before, and they are telling me "oh, it's normal..."

My mother had a couple of fender benders in her HHR that I needed to have fixed. After being referred to Collision Works I went and took a look at their shop. Unlike the other reviewers I had a very good experience. Robin provided excellent customer service above what I expected. The shop was professional and did a good job with the repair. The work was performed within their time estimate and the cost was as they quoted. I found the facility to be clean and well organized. I would not hesitate to use them again, even on a high-line vehicle

This establishment had my brand new 2006 vehicle for 3 weeks after I was backed into. Not only did they poorly repair the damage, they caused other damage! The inner console is off-center. The hatchback cover & windshielp wiper is broken, the window leaks. And worst of all, the paint doesnt match and is rippled. When I took it back I felt as though the manager thought it was all a big joke. Don't subject yourself to this place!

Fixed my truck twice and provided excellent service and made it look better than new. Excellent paint work and did great body work. If something happens to my truck again, I will insist that Collision Works does the work.

As if paying for car repairs isn't painful enough, I had a difficult time getting service here. They took longer than promised to make initial repairs. After promising to fix a problem with their work, they rudely dismissed me on the phone and left me hanging for weeks! A manager from another location finally arranged to have my repairs completed. In all it took more than six weeks for a simple job.
