Called mid-afternoon with a dead a/c unit. They were able to send a service tech (Vu) out within a few hours. He was very polite, professional, and informative. He replaced a dead a/c compressor motor the same day. Will definitely use them again if we have a/c needs in the future.

I recently purchased a house that came with a HSA home warranty. My HVAC evaporator coil was leaking and HSA was forcing me to use their contractor (SSI). SSI knew I was captive so they added on a bunch of bogus charges and were nasty to deal with. Thankfully I was referred by a distributor to Comfort Control. They gave me a fix price on the phone and used high quality parts. It did not cost me much more than all the bogus charges SSI was quoting. CCI were fast, informative, friendly, neat and a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed and I am now very cool!

Comfort Cooling was very professional and knowledgeable. Ty, the service agent, identified the problem quickly and gave a clear overview of the problem. Pricing was spot on, in comparison, but be sure to ask about the "trip fee".

Comfort Control Inc has been a pleasure to deal with each time they come out. Honest and professional owner and staff. From the time they installed my AC unit they have offered great pricing for installation, service and repair. After my three year old system had a leak in the evaporator coil they gave me a huge discount on the labor to replace the faulty coil and dealt with the manufacture for the warranty covered replacement part. When it comes time to replace my furnace I will be calling on them again as I feel they have the mentality that many companies don't in that they take really great care of their customers. They spend extra time explaining and answering any questions I have. Their pride and professionalism are a welcomed change from most companies out there.
