Comfort control offers a energy evaluation of your home and comfort system. This test will uncover your homes largest energy losses such as air leaks to the attic and duct leakage. We recycle our cardboard and all the metal from old equipment is cut up and sent to a scrap yard for recycle. Freon is recovered and compressor oil is drained and send out for proper disposal.

This company is excellent, if you want a reliable company that cares about their customers then call Comfort Control. They installed a new AC unit, hot water heater and a furnace. John, the sales guy... was very honest and knew exactly what we needed and didn't try to oversell. Lisa in the office was very helpful and friendly. We had no AC and she got us on the schedule as quickly as possible. Seth and Jerry the installers came ready to work and were very professional. They were very neat and clean, oh and guess what they even vacuumed. Best of all, we received two thank you cards and some delicious goodies. Ta Kim who came yesterday to perform my HVAC inspection is phenomenal - courteous, knowledgeable, and professional! I had a new furnace installed in June and was a little leary of the person who did it so called Comfort Control for their Kudzu inspection deal. Thank goodness I did, as Ta found many things that were wrong and several that were unsafe. For a minimal charge he made things right! I'll be calling them in the Spring for the AC tune-up for sure! Great job, Ta, thanks.

After determining we needed to replace our heat pump upstairs I sought estimates from 3 different HVAC contractors. Without question, the most thorough and knowledgeable estimate was made by John at Comfort Control. His calculation revealed that in addition to a more efficient heat pump being needed but also a new return was needed as well. The price was competitive with other estimates and even included the new return as well. Installation was great and follow up with Josh was very excellent. I highly recommend!
We just had two A/C units replaced. The team at Comfort Control were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. No gimmicks. I've used them before, so I knew who to call. They are always consistent and professional. We recommend them.
Josh of Comfort Controls is great. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the working parts of my system while making the necessary repairs. He was very pleasant and calming, since I was super frustrated from the heat. He was efficient...double checking his work. He was in and out and now I am relaxing in a cool home. Robert came out to our Townhouse in Duluth and was very informative didnt try to upsell us. He answered his phone on a Sunday and when he got here on Monday was very knowledgeable and friendly. They didnt charge us a service call on top of the maintenance program. We are very pleased with this company and technician. I highly recommend them. Kevin
They flooded my basement with a/c condensate and could care less. Yelled at me on the phone today. Came out last week and rigged a bypass of the safety system where the unit would NOT shut off when the condensate pan was full. (They did this because water was in the basement) Now it is all cleaned up after $2,000.00 of restoration. Well it was all clean and dry until today when the a/c pan started overflowing due to the by pass. Why are they refusing to fix this as agreed? Because last week there were rat turds in the basement. I explained to them several times that everything has been cleaned, dryed and restored by 911 Restoration. There are no rat turds in the basement now. The only problem is the a/c unit is flooding the newly cleaned and dried basement. It is flooding the basement because Comfort Control Inc, rigged the safety shut off not to work and they won't come back and fix it. You can see in my photo there are no scary rat turds. The only problem is the flooding a/c pan thanks to Comfort Control.
We are trying so hard to help this customer. She has over 20 dogs and we lost count of the cats. As she stated her self there is rat droppings as well. There is Fecies every where not just in the basement but in the entire house. The smell is unbearable. My technician did not want to leave her with out air in this 100 degree heat so all he could do is bypass the pan switch because the basement was flooded from a sewer leak upon our arrival. I only have one technician who is willing to work under these conditions and he will require a hazmat suite to enter the home. We did offer to come back out but she said no. No one should have to work under these conditions and the poor animals who live there are suffering.
I highly recommend Comfort Control, Inc.! John spent a lot of time with us, explaining our current system and going over what a new system could to do both save us money and make us more comfortable. We bought two new units. The excellent service continued with the two professional installers they sent to my home. They also took time to explain the system and answer any questions we had. John came by to see if we had any questions during the install as well! They sent us a Thank You card and did all the registering of our systems so we would be covered under warranties. This company is all about customer service and quality and our brother is today meeting with John to put a new system in his house as well! Thank you Comfort Control!!!!
I would rate this company higher than 5 stars if I could. Every step of our process with Comfort Control has been excellent. Our specialist, John, spent 3 hours at our house, examining our system and duct work, testing the airflow from the vents in each room, and discussing our family's special needs (kids with asthma, and a need for a zone system to properly cool the upstairs). He patiently explained everything so that we knew what we were paying for and why. The system we got was personally designed for us and our house; this stands in contrast to the other companies I spoke with, who just rattled off their current sales and seemed unable or unwilling to answer my questions. The guys who did the install were prompt, courteous, and professional, and John and Tom, the owner of the company, were present on both days to supervise. And, when we had some minor issues with the zoning system, all it took was one phone call to John, and the guys were back the next day to remedy it at no extra charge. I didn't know this level of professionalism and customer care still existed today...thanks, from the Rodgers family!
The guys from Comfort Control Inc came out promptly and diagnosed the problem with my upstairs AC. They showed up the next morning and installed a new unit at a great price. When it comes time to replace my downstairs unit I will definitely be calling on them again.
We have been using Comfort Control for years and several weeks ago they replaced our 10 yr old upstairs AC unit after finding a large freon leak in the old evaporator coil the day before during a regular tune-up and inspection. John worked with us to help us decide which unit would be the best price to fit our current budget and would be very efficient. The awesome part is that he did not try to oversell us. The whole installation was outstanding. The installers Seth and his assistant were kind and very professional and worked hard throughout the whole installation. They actually arrived a little earlier than what was originally planned. The new Amana Distinctions SSX14 unit does an excellent job on cooling and the unit is very quiet compared to my old, loud, inefficient unit before. I definitely recommend Comfort Control to anyone looking for great service and top professional work done by very kind and outstanding technicians! A huge thank you to Tom for running a company that knows all about customer satisfaction and knowing about getting the job done right!!!!

Called mid-afternoon with a dead a/c unit. They were able to send a service tech (Vu) out within a few hours. He was very polite, professional, and informative. He replaced a dead a/c compressor motor the same day. Will definitely use them again if we have a/c needs in the future.
I recently purchased a house that came with a HSA home warranty. My HVAC evaporator coil was leaking and HSA was forcing me to use their contractor (SSI). SSI knew I was captive so they added on a bunch of bogus charges and were nasty to deal with. Thankfully I was referred by a distributor to Comfort Control. They gave me a fix price on the phone and used high quality parts. It did not cost me much more than all the bogus charges SSI was quoting. CCI were fast, informative, friendly, neat and a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed and I am now very cool!
Comfort Cooling was very professional and knowledgeable. Ty, the service agent, identified the problem quickly and gave a clear overview of the problem. Pricing was spot on, in comparison, but be sure to ask about the "trip fee".
