My house was without heat and this winter of 2011 has been COLD! I needed help fast. These guys were great. The people in the office were professional, pleasant and kept me posted about when the technician would arrive. He arrived exactly when I was told he would. Josh diagnoised the problem and got my furnace running. He did a great job. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them to others. I appreciate all they did. I called other heating/AC companies but these guys did it fastest, most professional and best price. How could I complain. Steve

Used this company to service our heating system under a maintenance proram. The service tech arrived on time and was very polite. He replaced a processor board (at about $800) and had the system working well. He told me that, if we decided to replace the entire system (ours is 13 years old) the cost of the repair would be deducted from the cost of the replacement. This offer was good for 30 days according to the tech. Three and half weeks later we decided to bite the big bullet and replace the system. Called the company and was told that the offer was only good for two weeks. Later in the conversation was told it was only one week. Needless to say, somebody somewhere told a lie. I will not renew the maintenance contract nor allow this company back in our house. Once burned, twice cautious.

After looking in to this I discovered that this customer called our office over 60 days after we made the repair. Our office staff told him to hold on so we can ask the owner if he will extend it and he became irate and hung up. We tried several times to call him back to let him know we would in fact credit him the full $800. Dear customer, please call us back and ask for Tom. I will make sure you receive the full credit towards the new system.
I take exception to your remark that we bought cheap.com parts. The Part that you charged $175 and we paid $25 was a part made by the manufacturer, not generic. It has nothing to do with this bad economy. I expect honest and dependable service,Period!!

Comfort Control couldn't be more honest or dependable. The price of the part is only a fraction of our cost to do business. We have truck payments, insurance, rent, office managers salary and benefits, the Technion's salary and benefits and the list goes on. It is very unfortunate when someone posts a negative review based on our prices with out checking the prices of our competitors first. The average price for a Capacitor installed is $225. We are actually lower than most of our competition. Unfortunately good quality service comes with a price and I believe comfort control charges a fair price for the high quality we provide.
We had a furnace installed. Everyone we had contact with at the company was friendly. The installation was done neatly and quickly.

I just wanted to say that Comfort Control Inc was a very good choice for me. Their technician Vu was a very intelligent and polite young man. He diagnosed the problem with our A/C system in 5 minutes. Comfort Control is lucky to have him. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Call Comfort Controls if you want a professional job done right. Our original HVAC system installed by the builder 8.5 years ago was inadequate, so we decided to upgrade our HVAC in 2 steps. Last year a new Amana Gas Furnace / Air Handler, Air Cleaner and upgraded ducting. This year a new Amana 18 SEER AC unit, A-Coil and high velocity grills. From consultation, quotation, to installation both installs were on-time and professionally done. Comfort Control answered any questions took care of our concerns working with us throughout the entire process. They explained everything, their quote was reasonable, and they were able to start right away. I was working from home during both installation and I hardly knew they were there. The technicians Vu and Ta are very knowledgeable and carry out their work quietly and in a professional manor. The team works great together, keeping noise to a minimum, courteous and made sure to clean up any debris before moving to another area of the house. I would recommend Comfort Controls to my neighbors, friends, and family for any of their HVAC needs. Thank you for your wonderful workmanship! Great Job !!! Craig B.

Look, I'm not the easiest person to work with when it comes to replacing items in my home, but Comfort Control really took care of my concerns and worked with me throughout the entire HVAC unit installation. I was originally going to use a two-man HVAC team, one that I've used in the past, but this "team" just kept pushing off my job. As a result, I was without A/C for over 6 days in this August heat and humidity. I finally decided to give a different HVAC company a try. I called Comfort Control, and I'm glad I did too! Their quote was reasonable, and they were able to come to my home the next day. The technicians TA and VU are very knowledgeable and carry a professional demeanor about them. They also made sure to keep the area clean of debris when they were finished with the job. The office staff is very supportive with excellent communication and the owner of Comfort Control definitely took care of me too! Not only will I use them again, but I am recommending them to my family and friends in case they need a fast and reliable HVAC company. Thank you all for a great job! Don P.

Excellent service from initial quote to finished job! Jonn, the sales manager was very helpful in explaining what system we needed without being to "salesy". A crew was available the next day for installation. They were very friendly and professional. They worked well as a team and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. That says alot for people that work in hot attics all day.

We have been using Comfort Control for 5 years for general maintenance. EVERY time they are here the technicians are extremely professional and polite. They arrive on time and go the extra mile to explain what/why they will be doing. Recently our air conditioner experienced a problem cooling and within two hours of calling Josh arrived and earmarked the issue. After years of great service we trust their judgement and advice. I have had this company out to work on my system and they came on time and were very busniess like and a company of their words. i will use them again. the tec. that was on the job was a milton king .Very good man and takes pride in his work. well saticfided.

We had this company out because they are the first we could find that could come same day. Stated we had freon leak and needed new coil. (it is written on invoice) We had several other companies out for second opinion and were told they lied and there is no leak and coil is fine - Also told they took advantage of us with the price of freon and circuit board cost. Will never use again! Emailed company yesterday with no response. I am sure they will dispute this some way and put blame back on us as they have done in other bad reviews. No one in our office has received an email from this customer. I would have definitely responded if we had. Our competition said we lied?? That's a first. Our Technician had to add freon to both systems. If there is no leak then where did the freon go?? Our tech's have the best leak detectors money can buy because our customers deserve the best possible service which is how we have one of the best reputations in the industry. Both coils were badly rusted which we showed this homeowner. We recommended they be replaced and our customers always have the final say. The Lennox PC boards are very expensive and our price is very competitive. Again all repairs are approved by our customers first. I stand behind my Technician and his diagnosis. I am very sorry that our competition has clouded your image of us but that's the only way they feel they can gain customers.
Comfort control offers a energy evaluation of your home and comfort system. This test will uncover your homes largest energy losses such as air leaks to the attic and duct leakage. We recycle our cardboard and all the metal from old equipment is cut up and sent to a scrap yard for recycle. Freon is recovered and compressor oil is drained and send out for proper disposal.
