Comfort Mechanical charged me for 2 hours of labor when the technician was only here for 1 hour. When I called about this error, they told me we were charged for travel time from their office. This was not notated on the bill, and I was not informed it would be my responsibility to pay for travel. This "travel time" increased my bill by $80. The service manager accused me of lying and made me shake with anger.
