Had a problem with our main floor heating unit right at the end of the winter. Mike came over and checked it out, found the problem but did not have the correct part - but had something to work temporarily.
He implemented the temporary fix, and said he'd get me the part and replace it when the part came in. I asked him if this would be fine to hold a couple weeks because I had some business travel, and he assured me it would. When I returned, the weather had turned warm, and I noticed that our upstairs AC was not blowing cold.

Called Mike to remind him about the Heater part, and ask about the AC problem. He was out that evening, put in the correct part for the furnace, diagnosed and fixed the AC issue (capacitor had gone bad) and then did a full checkup on the AC unit (needed some freon).

Not once did he try to sell me new equipment, nor did he mind doing all the work while I looked on.

The bill was more than I wanted (isn't it always???) but EXCEPTIONALLY FAIR and reasonable!

I WILL call Mike again for ANY AC/Heating service! Thanks Mike!

30 yr old a/c unit quit. We thought we had repaired ($289) lasted 24 hrs. Repair co. quoted us $7500/4500 depending on brand to replace. 2 other large companies quotes almost same as first company, 10 to 14 days before could install. Mike at CSM quote was $1500 less and had installed next day. Removed all our old unit, piping, wiring from yard, replaced all wiring, piping, etc. Mike came out after unit installed (before we paid) and spent at least an hour checking the installation to be sure all ok. His quote was exact what bill was. Its been over 2 weeks and we love our new clean pretty system. It works great and looks great. I will always call Mike @ CSM first for any hvac work.

Mike, the owner, came out to our house late on a Saturday night to fix a down compressor. He found a quick and inexpensive fix, yet checked out the entire compressor to make sure the problem was fixed. Highly recommend.

Mike is fantastic, he diagnosed and repaired a unit that another company's technician said was dead in 1.5 hours and cost less than $200.00. Honest and knowledgeable.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received today and their reasonable prices. I called Comfort Solution in the late afternoon after coming home to find my A/C unit was not working. I was given an appointment for the following day which is understandable in this heat we're having! (Other places I called said they could be here on Monday, possibly Saturday at the earliest!) Shortly after making the appointment I received a call back saying a tech now was available to come today! Scott came shortly thereafter and quickly diagnosed the problem. After getting the needed replacement capacitor, he switched it out and I am now nice and cool again! Mike called this evening to follow up and make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing A/C repair service and will use them again should something else happen to my older A/C unit.
