Drew recently replaced our upstairs heat pump, which had been giving us problems since June 2012. After having numerous technicians look at the system without receiving the benefit of understanding exactly what was wrong with it, Drew was able to diagnose a failed TRX and resulting damage to our compressor. Based on the cost exposure, he recommended full replacement but because our system was only 7 years old, he negotiated a generous discount direct with the manufacturer and matched it. He installed successfully the new system, and my wife and I could not be happier with the result! Drew is highly competent, efficient, and most professional; even when I asked him repeatedly the same questions in an attempt to make a decision about the correct course of action, he remained composed and patient; he is profoundly empathetic, a trait not often seen in many professionals. I highly and without hesitation recommend his services!

We recently purchased a new home and, unfortunately, the overall design of the HVAC system was lacking. We heard about this company through a neighbor and had them come evaluate our home. We accepted that part of the proposal that would address our short term concerns and the appointment was scheduled. The technician arrived on time, did his work, made sure furniture, etc was protected, cleaned up, vacuumed and left. I have owned a lot of home and used a number of HVAC service companies. It does not get any better than the service we received. And, of course, it certainly appears that the issue being addressed has been effectively dealt with./ Highly recommended.

I called Comfort Specialists when my air conditioning unit started icing up and blowing warm air. The technician came out the next day after giving me a call to let me know he was on the way. He was on time, courteous, and eager to get to work. I showed him the unit and he immediately diagnosed the problem as very low freon. He filled it and then informed me that it looked like my unit had never been serviced, which it had not been in the 7 years I'd been there. He showed me a very weathered looking part that he said could fail at any time. Usually I would be wary of just such a scenario. However, he didn't try to convince me of anything. He simply stated that the part could last a day or a year, no way to tell, but it would soon fail. He could fix it immediately. The second option was to wait for the failure, in which the unit would stop completely, and then be subject to another appointment and service fee. He also provided a year long warranty on all parts and services. The price was great. I couldn't be more happy with the experience!

my name is Jeremy Turner.i had a ac unit not blowing cold air and barely working.I called coolray to come out,they said i needed a new system which was gonna cost about 15.000 dollars he never pulled out any tools or made any effort to try to fix it just tried to up sale me a system i didnt need and after it was over he charged me a hundred dollars to do nothing.So the next day to get a second opinion i called comfort specialists and they sent out Drew Wyckoff.He was extremly curtious,made sure when he came in he covered his shoes,spent almost a hour going over my system looking at the outside unit and the inside unit.He took the time to explain the system to me,explain the issues and tell me what we could do to make things work better.He wasnt in a hurry,he was extremly nice and patient with ma and befor he left he had my system blowing harder and colder than it ever has.I was extremly happy with the service i got and the tech who came out was excellent.I would recommend this company to any friends and family i have.After it was all said and done the pricing for fixing my issues was very little compared to the 15,000 dollar quote i got from coolray.If your looking for a honest company with curteous honest techs this is the company for you.Extremly happy,Sincerly Jeremy Turner
