Great experience, will do business with them again
I had a great experience with Commercial Loan Direct. I had been trying to finance a new building for my business for over a year and most banks either passed or came back with ridiculous terms. Commercial Loan Direct took the time to understand my business and arranged financing for me with a loan at 90%LTV with great terms. I will do business with them again.

Great service on commercial loans
I just financed an SBA 504 commercial real estate building with Commercial Loan Direct. I was told that this type of financing was complicated, but I've found that the right people makes a big difference. The guys at Commercial Loan Direct were great to work with and very patient. I would highly recommend working with them.
