I dropped my car off at this Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair to have my front brakes serviced and to have a new set of headlights installed. An hour later I received a call from the shop with a laundry list of repairs that needed to be done to my car. I authorized only the front brakes, rotors, and installation of the headlights. A few hours later I received a call from the shop - ."I have bad news," she said. While my car was in their shop, coincidently a seal on the rack and pinion burst (#1 on their list of recommended repairs), they did not feel it was safe for me to drive my car, they would loan me their shop car for the weekend and make the repairs to my car on Monday at a total cost of $1200.00! Now, I may be a girl - but I know when something is wrong with my car. I knew I needed front brakes - but there was no leak prior to pulling into that shop - not even a drip - as was evidenced by my clean garage floor! I cannot definitively say how or why this happened to my car - but I now needed a new rack and pinion - but my car wouldn't be touched further by Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair - .I had my car towed from this garage to my former garage. The service, ethics and integrity of this shop are sub-standard!

I went to Community Auto based off the other review. I found them to be overly expensive. For a basic alignment the quoted me 69.99 and then wanted another $80. For a total over $150. I went to another recommended spot from Autozone, and the alignement was only going to be $50. (In the end my car did not need it! Community Auto was going to do unnecessary work.)

I have been using Community Tire & Auto for several years now for both my work vehicle and personal vehicles. I trust them to also take care of my children's car needs. Their business has a good reputation in this industry. If you're looking for a reputable company to service your vehicle, do your homework. You will find Community Tire one of the Valley's best.

A rare word in the repair industry. I use Community Tire whenever possible for both my company and personal vehicles. No matter what location you go to you are treated like their most important customer.

I am so thankful to Community Tire for their comittment to honesty and quality. I don't have any interest at all in how my car runs, but boy do I want it to run! Knowing that the people at Community Tire put the interest of the customer first is a real comfort...I appreciate it so much!

I shopped around a bit and found that community was slightly lower priced. I used them initially for that reason, but i will continue to use them because they had excellent service. I am ver happy and will continue to use them for a long time!
