I have had a below-average experience with Compneeds. I thought they would be good based on their ratings here, but after they replaced my hard drive and sold me a back-up, they have failed to return my calls. The tech said to call the main number with any questions I may have after he was gone. I'm not sure that the guy they sent me had any computer troubleshooting qualifications worthy of a $70/hr rate. He appeared much of the time to be making it up asd he went. Charged me for 3 hours but didn't stay the entire time, even though I repeated at least 5 times not to leave before my new desk top was identical to the old one so all the family could find files. Just disappointing not to get follow up, that is poor customer service. Next time i will put the $300 towards a new computer and not call Compneeds.

My call for help was returned immediately & an appointment was set around my schedule. My computer was running very well within a couple of hours after Mike arrived. Both Mike & Kathy have been extremely professional, quick to respond, and efficient. I highly recommend CompNeeds, and I'm delighted to have found a "go to" company for all future needs!

Outstanding Service and outcome. A Sunday morning call to request a Monday appointment was answered by the pesonally by the owner. Following further calls my appointment was brought forward to Sunday morning. From my first call to Mike's departure after solving my computer problems was 3 hours. Incredible service and competence.

After trying to get my computer fixed by another company, I called Kathy and Mike on a Saturday morning. Mike was at my house by noon on Saturday, and had my computer up and running in no time. I really appreciated the fact that he took time out of his Saturday to help me get back up and running. I would recommend their service to anyone. Thanks for the help!

I have used Compneeds several times over the last year and I find Mike really knows what he is doing and charges very fair rates. I only use Compneeds for all our office computing needs.

My daughters 5 year old laptop wasnt working well. I tried to have it fixed by another company and they didn't do the job. I didnt know what was wrong with it but told Mike at CompNeeds I wanted to spend about $300 to fix the laptop. For under that price and in just a few days the laptop is working better then ever before. CompNeeds exceeded my expectations and will be my only source for computer problems. I will highly recommend CompNeeds to anyone I know that needs help with there computers. I was lucky to find Mike and his services shortly after moving from New York. My niece recently moved to this area and before she could make new friends, her computer went haywire. This was a bad thing and I needed help quick. (her only friends were back in her hometown and out of reach without the computer) I couldn't describe the problem but it didn't take long for Mike to figure it out, but it was by no means a simple fix. In short order Mike had the five year old laptop up and running. He kept me informed all the way through the process, delivered fantastic service, and the price was more than fair. I would recommend Compneeds without hesitation to anyone. They picked up and delivered, saved the computer, and made my nieces transition a little bit easier. How can you beat that.

I was having computer problems and I called Compneeds and that same day Mike came out and fixed my computer problem. He was very knowleable,fair and honest. They have the best service and prices in town. I would tell my coworkers and friends about this wonderful service. I had forgotten how good it feels to be treated honselty and fairly. Mike and his team are simply the best in the business.

I was in the middle of a project and continued to experience a disruption in my service and the screen to my laptop would freeze. After all the usual remedy attempts, I called Michael at Compneeds. He walked me through the repair over his cell phone while he was on his way to another call. He fixed my problem and did not charge me. What a guy. Compneeds is the first call when your computer needs repair. Friendly, courteous and reasonably priced. They've got my business...

I didn't know this kind of service still was in exsistance. They got my laptop back up and running, keeping me informed along the way, then back to me in less than 24 hours. Would recommend them to anyone. DK

After meeting Kathy at a BNI Networking meeting, I was so impressed that I thought I would give Comp Needs a try. I needed my computer for my business and Mike said that he would make the appointment before the end of the day and he did just that. He worked efficiently, found and fixed the problems promptly. Their rates are the best I have found after 20 years in business. I referred them to friends and family after one service call. As Mike himself stated after he knew that we were pleased with the service, "You got yourselves a new computer man." Let's get the word out so no one has to go for days without their computer; not when they can call CompNeeds!

I had a power surge that caused my motherboard, printer and speakers to stop working. Dell replaced the motherboard (computer was still under warranty), but the hard drive began to sputter and act unstable until I got an ominous DOS-like looking blue screen with some a very long error message. I called Mike at CompNeeds and he fixed everything for me at a very reasonable price. He was quick and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
