This company did what no other company could do. They restored my system performance without losing data and in a timely manner. I FULLY RECOMMEND After reading the previous comment and response, I total agree with CHC. The customer was simply looking to pass of blame for something he was responsible for. I rate CHC based on what I asked them to do. I do not expect them to read my mind. Some people can never be pleased. I mean, the guy came to your house on Sunday and did what you asked. And I know that I only have to pay if and when I am satisfied with their work. That is there guarantee and they live by it. I have tried others but CHC is the best in the Atlanta area.

he came sunday to help me set up my company computer equipment and i was charged $216 for a couple hours work. he had instructions to go by in setting up the new router, phone and backup battery. this would allow me to direct connect to my company system. on monday morning, it did not work. it appears he was supposed to put certain wires in pre-programmed ports on the router, but he felt it did not matter and did not go exactly by the recommendation. he came back 2 more hours monday working with my company I.T. person and got it right after realizing it had to be set up exactly as the instructions said. I was charged another $216.00. Now, i felt like he did not take any responsiblity for not setting it up correctly the day before, and had no problem charging me another $216., when to be fair, if he had admitted to some blame on his part and charged a more nominal fee, i would have been fine. he did get it right finally, but with his claimed expertise to take over 4 hours, i felt a sick feeling in my stomach like i was taken. I was in no mood to argue and just wanted to be done with the thing. His site says, "In the end, our clients get more for their money because we fix issues fast, efficiently, without the need for follow up". this was not the case for me. I am not happy to write this review, but bottom line is for him to take over $400 of my money and not take any blame for the extended time it took him, does not leave me a satisfied customer. will not recommend him.

While I appreciate your frustration with your company, please do not slander my company because of it. I did everything you hired me to do and asked you upon completion on Sunday if you were satisfied and happy with the work and if there was anything else you needed. You said "No" and that you were very pleased. As such, you paid me for completion of the job. The instruction you speak of were no relevant for the additional equipment you had and you provided me a hand written set of adjustments... which was done. You tested the VoIP phone, Internet on both computers, and tested your VPN link. ALL WORKED. The following day, you called me saying that a different link did not work -- a link you did not test nor inform me of when you contracted me on Sunday. I spoke with you on the phone and gave you a suggestion for altering the wiring. That solution I gave you did not work for you but was, in fact, a working configuration. Why didn't it work? A few reasons. Your corporate laptop had a problem with the network connection (which I was never made aware existed). Additionally, your documents never indicated that the phone and new router had a start up routine that could take up to 20 minutes before connections could be verified. You asked me to come out despite my telling you that this was a separate call given that I had done everything you asked to your satisfaction and was paid upon completion on Sunday. When i came out on Monday and those issues were brought to my attention, they were addressed. I worked with your corporate IT people who had the adminsitrative control over the router. The IT person also provided me information on the VoIP phone and router that was not in their documentation... namely the startup. With that and the laptop issue, the setup was rewired (as I had instructed for free over the phone earlier Monday morning) and it worked as the new link was tested as was all of the connections. AGAIN. I respect your frustration about the billing, but I made it clear that the instructions you provided did not apply to the equipment you had. You also told me that numerous other employees of your company were also having problems with the equipments after their initial setups. So trying to blame me for doing exactly what you asked is a bit silly and inappropriate. My company has been serving the Atlanta metro area since 1987. We have over 4,000 clients & were recently voted the #1 OnSite service company in Atlanta by a prominent local magazine. My reputation and background is beyond reproach. I have appeared on CNN as a computer expert and over 100 local TV stations around the country. I gave up a Sunday afternoon to accommodate your needs and I only got paid when the job was done and you WERE satisfied. You hired me twice, and for that, you paid me twice. So while you were charged for two 1.5 hour service calls, I am happy to credit you on your next service call up to 1.5 hours so long as the false information you have posted is taken down.
