To Rosemary and all the employees at Computer Renaissance, a Big Thank You! We (my wife & I) had computer problems for 4-5 months, during that time we took our computer to a big box store with the initials BB. I'll let you figure that one out. Again during that timeframe, we took our computer to BB on numerous (about 8 times) occasions with 3-7 day waits each time to get our computer back. Finally we took our computer to Computer Renaissance after another misdiagnosis of our computer by BB. Computer Renaissance diagnosed the problem on our computer and fixed it in under two days without the run-around and nonsense from BB. The cost considerably lower and they didn't try to sell us a new computer. We waited 4 months to write this letter because we wanted to make sure that it would stay up and running. Computer Renaissance is great! If I need computer work again, I will not go anywhere else. We also bought a used laptop one week after they fixed our desktop computer and it is also working great!Thank you! Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Wonderful Service and Staff. I'm not a computer expert but I know enough to keep someone honest. Computer Renaissance people are on top of their game. They know what they are doing, they are honest with their customers, their value and service are exceptional. I would give this company a 5 plus star rating with the top score being 5. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs computer help. A+++++++++ experience.

Terrific service work in a friendly atmosphere. It's been a while since I needed computer help and I have always been somewhat intimated with computer technicians that seemed to always talk down to you. So when a friend suggested Computer Renaissance I was very surprised at the friendly nature of all the employees. They listened to me and explained everything. They were very helpful and courteous. Even one of the customers in the store was talking about how they enjoyed working with Computer Renaissance. As an added plus...the service was fast and reasonable and the manager took the extra effort to explain how to connect all my cables. I will never hesitate to use their services again. I strongly recommend Computer Renaissance.

Computer Renaissance makes it happen. I only need a simple repair because I couldn't get on the internet. Other places wouldn't listen to what I needed. All they cared about is collecting a diagnostic fee. Computer Renaissance not only listened but they explained the process and actually completed the repair within a couple of hours at a price that was surprisingly cheap. Save yourself the aggravation of checking around and go to a honest company that won't take advantage of you. Computer Renaissance made my day!!!

Best ever customer service experience. I have never taken my laptop for service. I called around and received some really scary comments. Then I talked to my neighbor who recommended Computer Renaissance. I called and they were helpful and courteous. When I went to the store they looked at my problem and took the time to explain everything...really nice staff. I give them a high rating and recommend them as a company you can trust.

Great Experience with a Quality Company. My laptop was having all types of issues. Other repair companies told me the worst. One even said it wasn't repairable. Computer Renaissance found the issue the same day with a $80 repair. I was prepared to pay $300 but they were honest and treated me with respect. I will never take my computer any where but Computer Renaissance. 10 Stars for these guys and gals!!

Best Value, Best Service, Best Everything. I had a nasty virus on my notebook. Other places priced virus removal over $200, Best Buy $300. Computer Renaissance charged me $70 and my computer runs better than it did brand new. Plus, the staff is so friendly. They made my day. Tell your friends and neighbors about this place...they are terrific.

I just love these GUYS and GALS! I own a company and I don't have a lot of time to worry about my computers. I trust them and they have always been honest and treated me fairly. I highly recommend CR...they are a valued resource for me and my business!

These Guys ROCK !!! I was working on a big contract and my computer crashed. A person sitting next to me suggested Computer Renaissance so I followed his advice. Not only did CR fix my problem they did it the same day and I didn't lose any files. I couldn't ask for better service, plus they are fun to work with. What a GREAT Company! THANKS

SUPER Computer Repair Business...the people are great. They are honest and they truly care about your situation. When I took to other places I always felt uneasy. With Computer Renaissance they took time to show me the issues and fixed the same day...at half the price of other stores. I would highly recommend !!!

I highly recommend Computer Renaissance! I don't know a lot about computers and immediately after I entered their store they made me feel comfortable with my computer repair. They took time to explain the problem and showed things to do in the future to help. They could have taken advantage of me but they were honest and treated me fairly. They are great people and we need to support them

I hate giving these guys a low rating, but they really earned it. I took a computer that wouldn't boot in for repair. The technician worked diligently on it, called me several times with status updates, recommended some upgrades, and after nearly a week it was ready. When I got it home that evening, it hung up while booting and did not ever boot up. I left town the next morning for a 2 week trip, but called the store, talked to the tech, and explained the issue. He said to bring it in, and I explained I was traveling, but would bring it in when I returned. He said OK. When I brought it in, the original technician was not in (He was on "a leave of absence"), so I explained the history and even wrote on the check-in ticket "warranty service." The next day I got a call saying the computer needed about $200 more in repairs. When I said I didn't want to spend any more on it, they insisted on a $50 "Service Fee" to return the broken computer. I couldn't believe it. Really? Charge $50 to deny a warranty claim? Technicians seem OK, but the management and policies stink!
