I recently made the laptop owner's most dreaded mistake: I spilled coffee into it while working. Not wanting to risk opening up my laptop myself and making my problem bigger, I emailed Computer Troubleshooters. John Tehan responded quickly, and he let me drop off my computer after work, which made life easier. By the end of the next day, the laptop was back to normal - actually in better shape than before the coffee incident. The price was very reasonable, too. I hope I don't have another computer problem for a long time, but if I do, I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

My home computer would not boot. John diagnosed the problem and got my system up and running very quickly and for a very fair price. Even gave me tips on getting better performance out of my system. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this type of service.

I picked up some nasty little bugs from an email a friend sent. I tried everything I could think of and couldn't get rid of them. I live in the East Atlanta Village and was looking through the Porch Press and found a small ad John had put in. Called and he was very helpful over the phone. Scheduled an appointment and dropped off my laptop. In only two days he had my computer up and going better than it had run in a couple of years. Even provided some needed advice. If I ever need help again, I will most certainly call John Tehan. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend his service. James M.

John knows his stuff. He returned my call promptly and had my computer back up and running in a matter of hours. He even gave me a deal on a tune-up that has my computer working better than ever. I highly recommend his services.

I have known John for a number of years and I would not think of calling anyone else for computer repairs. I rely on my computer for my real estate business and it recently crashed and I could not even get a screen to appear, John came over and quickly found the problem and was able to restore all my files. Amazing to watch him work.

CTS took the time to listen to my problem and help explain the things that I didn't understand. The technician was concerned with how to best help me considering limited time and money. I was given all available options, even the ones that meant no profit for them. I will be doing business here from now on. Thanks CTS!

In the midst of a project deadline, my computer began freezing and shutting down. John came immediately upon my call, identified the problem, suggested taking the hard drive so he could run the diagnostic overnight at his shop and returned a faster and better product the next day. Responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to explain to this computer illiterate what to do when I start having similar problems in the future. Will definitely use again.

After trying a few things to fix my computer on my own, I realized that I needed some professional help. I called around to a number of computer repair companies and was surprised at (1) the prices or (2) the massively annoying sales pitch. I happened upon John at Computer Troubleshooters through Kudzu and I'm so glad I did. Computer Troubleshooters had a good price and didn't try to upgrade everything in site for "only $$$ more!!" Not only does John provide in-house service, but he is exceedingly quick. He picked up my computer on Tuesday evening and I had it back by Thursday evening. He encrypted our wireless network, fixed up my husband's laptop and cleaned off my computer, all for a very reasonable price. We are very pleased with the service that was provided.

John fixed our hybrid (Mac-PC) network problems quickly and gave us good advice on keeping my PC secure. He is very knowledgeable: We'll definitely call Computer Troubleshooters next time we have a problem with our computers.
