Excellent service and value
My home computer would not boot. John diagnosed the problem and got my system up and running very quickly and for a very fair price. Even gave me tips on getting better performance out of my system. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this type of service.

Excellent Service
I picked up some nasty little bugs from an email a friend sent. I tried everything I could think of and couldn't get rid of them. I live in the East Atlanta Village and was looking through the Porch Press and found a small ad John had put in. Called and he was very helpful over the phone. Scheduled an appointment and dropped off my laptop. In only two days he had my computer up and going better than it had run in a couple of years. Even provided some needed advice. If I ever need help again, I will most certainly call John Tehan. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend his service. James M.

Excellent, Qualtiy Service
Computer Trouble Shooters truly live up to the name. CTS installed the new Windows 7 operating system and even enabled me to work with my old familiar Office 2003 software on the new 64 bit operating system. In addition, CTS solved the problem caused by the fact that Microsoft provided no method for transferring old Outlook Express mail files. CTS provides professional, knowledgeable service beyond the call of duty.
