I contacted John after my wife dropped an external hard drive during a data backup, which rendered the unit inoperable. Although I did not employ the services of John (my wife discovered some of the critical files were on her office server), I was impressed that he took the time to discuss my situation at length, which was recovering the data from the broken hard drive. John not only took time to explain my options, he was also honest about stating the limits of his service. Rather than over-promise and under-deliver, he provided options and clearly indicated that some or all of the data may not be retrievable. It was refreshing change from the typical service company experience. Again, I did not employ his services, but would hire him in the future without hesitation should the need arise. Thank you John!

My computer crashed, the dreaded blue screen of death. I chose John based on the reviews on Kudzu.com and I was very pleased with the results. He fixed my hard drive and cleaned it up, his fee was very reasonable for the work done, and he saved me money by installing a free anti-virus program so I didn't have to pay to renew the one I was using. I would definitely use him again and I will be recommending him to my friends!

I called John and left a msg. Within 5 minutes he called me back. I explained to him the problems I was having with my home network, and he patiently explained the complexities of home networking; including router technology, signal deterioration, recommended equipment, and a host of other relevant information to help me resolve my networking issues. Despite spending over 30 minutes on the phone with me he did not charge for his time, though I plan on hiring him to come to my house to optimize my network in the near future. He is a very knowledgeable and helpful resource for any home networking issues.

We've had a color printer problem for weeks that we just didn't know how to solve. Luckily, I was able to connect with John from Computer Troubleshooters. He managed to fix our problem in a quick, efficient and helpful way. I will definitely be calling John again with any of our computer/printer problems. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is having IT problems.

My PC stopped working at a crucial time and I almost took it to a big chain recommended to me by a friend. After reading John's reviews, I decided to take it to him. He was able to diagnose the problems immediately, and had it fixed in 24 hours. He gave me a very reasonable price estimate and when everything was done, the bill actually matched the estimate he originally provided! This alone speaks volumes for the way he conducts business. John also helped me transfer everything from my PC to my new MAC and explain some of the differences between the two systems that my husband, who pushed for the change to the MAC, was unable to do. John is very personable and doesn't make you feel pressured to purchase stuff you don't need. But he was also able to let me know what my options were and could get any extra bells and whistles if I wanted them. He's patient with questions from tech-challenged people like me. I can't say enough great things about him. I highly recommend him over any other computer repair place! I will definitely go back to him should I need computer repair assistance again, and I will be recommending him to my friends. Angie
