I called Concrete Masters to install a concrete path, from the driveway to the front entrance. We had installed black mulch in our landscape beds and wanted the path to match the brick on our house as well as hints of black from the color of the mulch. They came out excavated, framed, poured, stamped the concrete so it looked like brick, stained the concrete and cleaned up everything. When they left my home, I looked at their work and Concrete Masters did such a good job that the concrete pathway looked like it had been there since the time I had the house built. I would definitely use them again. Thanks so much for doing a great job. Roy

Concrete Masters were very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable! They came out to give me an estimate the same day I called, and completed the project in less than one week. I am an interior designer and my client was very satisfied with the results! Thank you CONCRETE MASTERS!

Concrete Masters stained my basement floor, poured some exterior concrete, and stained some exterior concrete for me. They did a wonderful job and I have received nothing but rave reviews from friends. Company was easy to work with and has done everything requested. Would recommend to my friends.

I have subcontracted with Concrete Masters for years to handle concrete finishing and stamping. They are reliable, responsible and do good work. I recommend them without any reservations.

I hired Max Loubaton -Concrete masters to do a large stamp job. He did a poor job & refused to fix it. I had to take him to court to get resolution. The judge agreed the job didn't meet industry standards & ruled in my favor Civil Action File 2008CV156218. It took a year, but now all I have to do is try & collect

I have a house that's over 40 years old, the concrete basement floor was covered in glue then some kind of laminate (?) AND ceramic tiles then carpet pad and carpet. Max and his crew came and in 2 days removed all the floor coverings and glue and did a great job staining my floor. There were two minor issues and he's come back and addressed them right away. I would definitely hire Concrete Masters again. (NOTE: Do your homework before getting your floor stained - afterwards you'll need to clean/repaint your baseboards, and probably add new quarter round/trim, and the way your floor looks when wet is nothing like what it will look like when dry - interior concrete staining is NOT a DIY process.)

These guys stamped and stained a walkway and stairs for me, and I couldn't be happier. They were on time, professional and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. My house is more than 75 years old, and it was not an easy job. I recommend Concrete Masters to people all the time.

Owner was initially nice and professional, however, we later found several areas that had been missed on our floor. It was extremely difficult getting him out a second time to complete the work. He was going to call and schedule a time though he just showed up unannounced. He had to return later in the day when we were home. Four months after the stain was applied the top coat started chipping off. It has now spread to a 4' x 4' area. Upon calling the owner, AGAIN, we were told that we would be charged for another trip and that G26 Concrete Masters did not provide warranty work. Their work was sloppy. Many door knobs had to be cleaned because they got epoxy all over them. The wallboard in the bathroom had to be replaced because of the water damage while cleaning; stain on the toilet and bath tub, door thresholds and doors. Just sloppy. We reported the company to the Better Business Bureau and in his response, he lied. I would never use this company.

This complaint is without merit, and I take issue with this personal attack on my integrity. We are proud of the quality of our workmanship, and we work hard to satisfy all of our customers. In this instance, it was impossible. We visited this residence multiple times, and nothing we did satisfied this customer. In my professional experience, an epoxy top coat does not chip off without some sort of abuse -- such as dragging or dropping heavy items on it. It is unfortunate that Concrete Masters was unable to resolve this issue. However, it was not for lack of trying.
