Gym Condition is THE place to go if you want to work out fast and hard, then get out of the gym and get on with your life. The classes are never boring, and the results you will get are AMAZING. ... Yes, it's pricier than you think you want, but TRUST ME, when you wake up in a few months in the best shape of your life, you will thank me. Well, no, actually, you'll thank Delaine, the owner. This place is Awesome

I have been a swimmer for most of my life and then got into lifting for another 10 years after that, and have done the Crossfit thing. This is the best workout I have gotten in a while. Everyone should try it!

Efficent and Fun

I have workedout all my adult life, and have tried most types of excercise from running and wieght training to rowing machines and probably even a spinning class or two, but nothing combines the strength training as well as aerobic training, and joint flexability as well as Kettlebells! And no one does a better job of teaching the techniques of Kettlebells as well as making fun and keeping it fresh then Delaine and Condition Gym! If your looking for a fun (but tough) workout with an experienced teacher then Delaine and Condition Gym is the place to go!

In one week you'll feel your body change!

I started working out at Condition about 9 months after my daughter was born and immediately knew that this was the right kind of workout for me to get the job done in a quick amount of time. I don't have the luxury of spending hours at the gym. Be prepared to work out HARD and with intensity and focus...There is no easy way to get visible results which is exactly what you'll get... but it sure beats sitting on a treadmill for an hour. Amazing for athletes, new moms, old/young... I love the class, I have a blast, I've met incredibly nice and down to earth people (no meatheads!) and Delaine is absolutely wonderful.

Go to Gym Condition and find out. Delaine Ross ROCKS! Great, friendly atmosphere, very knowledgeable trainers and one of the most efficient, effective workouts Iíve ever experienced. Do it! Youíll be glad you did.

Great efficient workout

I had read about kettlebells and was pleasantly surprised to find a kettlebell specific gym in-town. The intro class and free access to classes following that got me hooked. The workouts are tough from a strength and cardio perspective but are done in 45 minutes which means I will actualy go and do it. Delaine gives great instruction and the classes are different every time to keep it fresh.

Fantastic Workout!

For anyone who is looking for an efficient way to workout that is not boring, I highly recommend taking classes from Delaine at Condition kettlebell gym! I checked out the gym because it's convenient to my house and the first 2 weeks were free, and I'm hooked! I've lost 4 lbs already without even modifying my diet much. The classes are fun and really different and I feel so much stronger! Delaine is a very sweet and helpful instructor, but she also knows how to push you to get the best workout! I love that it only takes 45 minutes to get in an awesome workout, because I do not have time to be a gym rat!
