very poor customer service
I've called many times for help with my acct and I feel like there is no one there that can truly help you. If you cancel your acct make sure you do before the first of the month, if you are one day late, they will charge you the whole months' fees, oh but wait you can't get the paperwork to cancel until the day before the first. Save your money and go with a different company, this company is ridiculous. I would give them no stars if I could.
