I took my PC in for repair work. The problem wound up being both hardware and virus related, so not straight forward. They made sure I understood what was wrong and how much time they needed to spend fixing it. The price they charged me was very reasonable for the work done, even less than expected. When I asked if they could replace a cable connector that my dog had chewed up, they offered to give me an extra spare that they had lying around. A+!

I called in a panic because I tried to reinstall information on my laptop and I thought I erased all of my data, music, pictures....Pictures! I called Sid and he did not give me false expectations, he just promised to do the best he could and he did. It turns out that he was able to save ALL my data, music and pictures and even kept the data on another hard drive that I had in case I ran into problems again. I will forever be grateful and make this my only stop if I ever need a computer issue again. Juan in their office was really helpful and helped assure that they would do their best to get my information back.

I previously rated them a great value. Now they still do good work but apparently some sort of ownership change has made it less likely to get a good deal. I took a laptop I bought there back for a hard-drive replacement. They charged $70 for the drive which is reasonable, but a very stiff $100 to put XP back on the unit. Considering that I bought it from them with XP already on it, and it has the factory Windows holographic label with bios/motherboard license, it costs them nothing but labor using the OEM disk. I can see paying $30-$50 or so, but not $100. I won't be back.

I am the director of UNICO, a non-profit community center in Canton. When we first opened our center, about 8 months ago, we bought 14 computers at auction. They sat in our office until we found Sid—Master Computer Fix-it Man and a great human being. He has managed to clean out all unwanted software and bugs and has been able to repair or replace any needed hardware. He even took one computer apart, so that he could cannabilize it for parts to make 2 others work. He is very good about communicating what is needed, and he answers his phone! Because we are just starting out and our funds are limited, he gave us a price below any others that we found, and he let us work out a payment schedule. We are grateful to have found Sid, and we hope he gets lots of business and prospers. Fidel Gomez 404-316-3007

I have been building my first PC for a few days now and ran into some problems towards the end that I couldn't figure out. I found Connections on Kudzu and called and spoke with Sid who is unbelievably nice and knowledgeable and instead of having me come in and hire them to fix my pc, he just told me what to do over the phone and fixed my problem. This kind of service is unheard of these days. I will never go anywhere else for any type of PC problem in the future. Thank you! Bill

Being totally technologically challenged, I called Connections USA from a yellow page ad and a technician was at my business that day. He was on time, spoke layman's terms, and did not dally to run up the bill. This company is my permanent computer resource and I look forward to doing business with Sid and technician Brian for a long time to come.
