I was VERY disappointed with this limousine service. Hoping for a nice wine tour through Napa we unfortunately ended up with a limo that didn't work. We were sweating like crazy because there was no air conditioning through the entire limo. Of course this was not told to us before the 9 of us climbed into it and had to avoid getting car sick. The electronics worked sporatically through the trip. We enjoyed music about 1/4 of the time. Windows didn't work and we of course couldn't roll the window down to talk to our driver to find out why nothing was working. The limo driver which is the owner, Jerry, was very rude. After the disappointing service we called and were told we would receive a discount. After being told I would receive compensation within 24 hours I did not. After several dodged phone calls and 2 weeks later I was told I just needed to be patient.
