BEWARE - DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
Late arrival (8:00pm) to pack a HOUSE and load. Charged $1200 to pack when was quoted $300 .. used no paper or bubble wrap - dumped china and other glassware into boxes w/o protection. Multiple boxes of shards. Claim not responsible for glass or cosmetic damage even under insurance. Held load hostage until paid additional $1300 at delivery. Charged $300/hr "overtime" because I wouldn't let them unpack when they arrived at 9:30pm and didn't have full amt in cash (we were told $800). So much more. None good.

Worst, dishonest moving company
This company will scam you from start to finish. They move at a snails pace and arrive at your home with a truck without a moving ramp.
They will use their packaging supplies (e.g. cut-up, used cardboard boxes) to pack your things even when you tell them you are not paying extra for the use of their packaging supplies.
Even after several phone calls to complain during the move and to finally complain about the packaging charges, the manager/owner will do nothing to rectify the situation. He will tell you that by law he is required to put appliances in boxes. This is not true. There never is a disclosure to you on how much they charge for these boxes they use to package your things. You will never get an itemized list of charges. You will never be told that you will be charged when they decide to wrap items. The packaging supplies cost came to over $900 dollars, which was more than the moving charges themselves.
Your items will arrive damaged.
Report them to the Better Business Bureau and the California Utilities Commission. Take them to small claims court and get your money back. The courts need to know the fraud that are perpetuating.
