3 Strikes and Cook's is OUT!, 6/08/2011

1) I asked them not to place the plastic receptacles of poison in reach of my small dogs. They ignored it. My dogs ate the plastic and and pesticide just like I told Cooks they would. When I... complained, they excused/justified it that it wouldn't hurt the dogs (shards of hard plastic and pesticide? NOT harmful? ) 2) I asked for notification when service technician would be at the house so I could pen the dogs. Again, ignored. They feel free to come and go without notification. 3) Perhaps my misunderstanding that I was paying a substantial amount upfront for service, perhaps it was a deliberately misleading sales pitch... This is a monthly charge of several hundred dollars on top of the large sum to start service... BE CAREFUL!
