I took a date to one of the classes and had a great time. I initially thought it was a hands-on class, so was a little disappointed in it being an audience observation one, considering the fee. You had to eat the food on your lap, so tables would've been nice (even tv trays). But it was fun and I've frequently used the recipes.

I have taken many cooking classes at the Amsterdam Ave. location of Cook's Warehouse. Always enjoyable and the instructors are top notch! My only complaint is that sometimes they allow too many students in one class. If a class is popular, it might get a little crowded in the kitchen.

I don't even cook but I love attending the cooking classes. It's like watching your favorite cooking show but you get to actually taste the food. Don't go hungry though because you don't usually get to start noshing until late in the session.

The Cooks Warehouse is a great way for people to learn more about cooking and offers a huge variety of different techniques and cuisines. Great supplies and helpful staff.
received lessons on how to prepare my wife's favorite meal for our anniversary. It was a surprise at how easy it was to prepare. My wife was surprised that I actually cooked for her and she liked it.
I have taken cooking and wine tasting classes at this location. I enjoyed both - what a fun way to learn new techniques and sample good food and wine. Classes held in the large room are more enjoyable because it is not so crowded. Not sure I would do another class in the small room; it was too crowded to be comfortable.

I've taken classes here and recently got my Dad a gift certificate and he's hooked. He loved going and has been signing up on his own now as well.

I took a cooking class at the Cook's Warehouse with my girlfriend on a date and it was a really fun and different way to spend time. I highly recommend it.
