Our technician, Mr. Naderpour, was very thorough and knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the problem. The promptness to our call and the repairs that were needed was greatly appreciated. We have... already recommended this company .VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
My Realtor recommended that I have my HVAC systems inspected and serviced by Cool Air Mechanical before I put my house on the market earlier this year. Nima was the Service Technician who... performed the work on my units. He was efficient, honest, and professional. Once he found out that I was going to sell my house, he rechecked certain items that inspectors look out for, just to make sure that they were up to code. My experience with the office staff as well as with Nima has been nothing but pleasant. Money well spent and I would not hesitate to recommend Cool Air Mechanical.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Thomas W, Billy M, and Gill did a fabulous job hooking up our water heater! The crew also came in the same day to do our AC quoted as Costco. I highly recommend them for both AC and Plumber; everyone is very professional. This is our second time using them.

I had to replace both my main floor and upstairs furnace/AC units within months of each other. Mark (salesman) was very informative and knowledgeable. When our second unit needed replacing he worked with us on providing a better price since we just completed our upstairs furnace. Both times I had different crew come in for installation. Both sets of crew were professional, respectful and clean. In fact, the they moved and replumbed my water heater in order to stay within code. They did this all with no extra charge. Had they not mentioned that it was not within code, I would have never known. They left my furnace area looking better than when they first came in. After the installation of the first furnace, some duct work needed some tweeking, they came back with no extra charge. Customer service is wonderful.

Found them at Costco on their deal with them. First bought the A/C Unit, then a month later got the Furnace. You will be mad at yourself for waiting so long. This is one of the best Customer Service companies you can find. Ask for Jon Rockwell as your Sales Man. Best dude you will ever find. Stay Cool for the Summer and Call Cool Air. I have lived in my town house for 15 years and kept spending money on Freon every year, duct cleaning, etc... No more.

I have a new HVAC system installed. They provided great prices and a quality product. I got the Lenox system at Costco pricing. They were very professional and provided great follow-up when some minor tweaks were needed after installation. Would highly recommend!!!

My wife and I recently had to have both HVAC systems replaced in our 23 year old home. We are Costco members so we requested that the company working with Costco (Cool Air) come to our home to provide us with an evaluation and estimate. We had a total of three companies provide evaluations and estimates. The estimates were all very close in total cost but Cool Air was the only company to recognize that our systems were undersized and required additional return air volume. The installation team of Doug S., Victor, Alfred and Brian M. were all very courteous, conscientious and thorough in performing the removal of the old systems and installation of the new systems. We were TOTALLY pleased with the installation of our new systems and the two new furnaces, two new air conditioning systems and new steam humidifier are working wonderfully. Thank you cool air!

CoolAir sent out a technician, within 2 hours, to check on my furnaces after I called them. Nima was very thorough and informative with explaining the different options I have. He helped me choose an option that was best for my needs. Nima's service was exceptional. Dough & Ray came out the next morning and did an excellent job replacing my furnaces. Shortly, after installation, Nima checked in to assure I was satisfied with my new furnaces. Can't ask for better service!

After seeing all the positive reviews, I wonder what happened in my situation. I made an appointment through Costco. The estimator was at my home for about 20 minutes tops. He never looked at the equipment that I have now. He gave me an estimate based on what? He didn't offer any options on the supposed equipment that I apparently needed. He left without anything in writing, nothing!!!! Maybe he didn't like the way I looked. I was extremely disappointed in the way I was treated after several of my neighbors had such a positive encounter with Cool Air.

Nima came today and I am so impressed with the service I received. This gentleman was the most helpful, courteous and knowledgable employee they have sent yet. Thank-you for excellent service Nima. Very very pleased and way above my expectations!

The coupon said up to 12 runs for $350 for duct cleaning, but they don't even count the runs they clean, but they decide to charge by the number of system. Even worse, when you say the coupon is confusing, the rep. would flatly reject that. Very rude!!!! Please have someone to revise the coupon.

I spent a lot of time researching hardware and HVAC companies and in the process got very stressed out. Don't repeat what I did. I ended up getting 8 estimates from small companies and larger established companies. They ended up being close enough in cost that it was not going to be a deciding factor. I stumbled onto Cool Air Mechanical via Costco. I didn't think I could afford a Lennox system but was standing in front of the Lennox booth and thought why not. I had tried everywhere else and I figured having Costco behind you is a good thing. My experience with these guys could not have been better. It started with Jon, the sales guy, who came over the day after my Costco visit. He was very professional, personable and offered what I thought was excellent advice. He carefully spelled out what I would receive and the cost. He offered up a 10 yr labor warranty as long as I used their yearly maintenance which I would do anyway. That sold me based on all the horror stories I read about labor costs. A couple of days later I called Jon to give him the go. I needed two systems installed and two crews came out the next day and had the job done by the end of the day. Lets just say these guys knew what they were doing. A well oiled machine! Everything they did looks perfect to me and I am pretty picky. Alex came out the very next day to correct a couple of minor issues I had and was amazing as well. Very professional and personable. I love this place!

from sales to service these guys are the best. had hvac installed 8/5/15. Nima and Scott were very professional from entering my home until every scrap was removed. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire installation. They even went so far as to provide me with extra services to ensure the air conditioner would provide me with outstanding service for years to come. I am one happy camper!
