My Realtor recommended that I have my HVAC systems inspected and serviced by Cool Air Mechanical before I put my house on the market earlier this year. Nima was the Service Technician who... performed the work on my units. He was efficient, honest, and professional. Once he found out that I was going to sell my house, he rechecked certain items that inspectors look out for, just to make sure that they were up to code. My experience with the office staff as well as with Nima has been nothing but pleasant. Money well spent and I would not hesitate to recommend Cool Air Mechanical.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Theses guys have been taking care my home since 2013. When I call, they get a tech. as fast as possible. William Jackson is awesome. He is courteous and friendly. He explain in plain English. He is... fair in his pricing. His last trip to my house, he could charge me double to fix the issue, but he said it was his guy fault. He took care of me and my family for the summer. Ill be calling them for the Fall heating season. rest assured I will be dealing with cool air mechanical as my "go to" guy. the 5 stars are real.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Cool Air called to schedule a time for our annual maintenance for our HVAC system. Ron James kindly called to give us a 30 minute heads up that he was on his way. I appreciated his level of professionalism and ability to explain clearly his recommendations and why. We chose to purchase an upgraded filter and future service contract with Cool Air. Cannot recommend their services and technician Ron James highly enough! JW

I recently had the pleasure of working with the sales team and installation team at Cool Air Mechanical. Kenny Down the sales person met with me and my wife and was extremely knowledgeable. He explained all options without putting any pressure on us to make a decision. Once we made the decision to go with Cool Air, he set up the installation for the next day. The two installers, Nima and Scott arrived as promised and not only installed our new heat pump but moved an existing unit. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. This experience was one that I am very pleased with. I would totally recommend Cool Air Mechanical to anyone. Mike and Dianne Styles

This summer has been HOT! Both of my AC units crashed 30 days apart! I located and selected Cool Air based on researching the Lennox website, reading reviews, and assessing proposals and interviews of 3 Firms. Daniel Dominey did the best job to provide a thorough analysis of my needs! He was very knowledgeable about the Lennox products and which units would work more efficiently together. Marvin and Mike did an excellent job installing my first floor AC/furnace unit! Within 30 days my second unit went out. Daniel responded promptly and scheduled the job quickly. Nima and Scott were also fantastic installing my AC/furnace units! They even completed the touch up painting to correct some of the difficulties they had removing the units from the attic!!!! All of the workers were efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. Excellent job Cool Air! I'm a happy customer.
What a great experience we have had with Cool Air Mechanical. All of the people we have worked with from Daniel, Carl, Elio, Doug, Mike, Joe and Liz, they have all been so professional, courteous and spot on with all of the work that has been done. They are our HVAC company for life!!!
Downstairs air went out Tuesday night. I did my research on Kudzu and Google to find a company that had great reviews. I completed an online service form on Cool Air Mechanical’s website and they were out the next day. Steven came out to check the unit. Of course I was hoping it was just in need of a little Freon, but the 24 year old Trane unit compressor was shot. The upstairs unit was low on Freon so he topped it off free of charge. He quoted me a great price of $5200 to replace the 2 ˝ ton condenser, coil, furnace and it included a new digital thermostat and a 5” external filter. The next day Nima and Scott came out and replaced the unit. These guys were very professional and thorough. They did a great install and cleanup. I was very impressed with Nima’s attention to detail on how cleanly the install was with wiring, ductwork, and cleanly mounting the system paperwork in a metal folder sleeve to the wall. I complimented Nima on his work. He responded that he puts the same level of pride and work into his customers installs that he would in his own home. How refreshing it is to see that level of pride and work ethic? How often do you see that? Cool Air Mechanical really impressed me. Steven, Nima, and Scott did outstanding work. I will be using them for all of my heating and air work in the future.

We have used Cool Air for years and we have not once been disappointed. The best in the business. Truth! Had to call them today for our old R22 system. It is time to change it but they are always helpful with helping us extend the life of our old beast of an AC unit. When it is time to change it--which is soon--we will be using Cool Air.

Cool Air Mechanical installed a full system June 16,2015. and I have never been more comfortable in all the 44 yrs lived here. Also my bill from6/16 to7/16 was 109 kilow down from this time last year. The guys did a great job in a horrid hot crawl space.

Technicians were on time, actually a bit before estimated arrival, called and said they were about 25 minutes away, which was great. Josh and Lubo did a great job, took less time than expected. They cleaned up the area, explained all details and were on their way. Thanks for great service.

We asked for an estimate yesterday and did the paper work same day. Today Josh and Lubo were in our house on time. They were very polite and were always telling us the progress. 3 hours later the new AC unit is running and our house is cool again! This is the 2nd unit Cool Air does for us. We are a happy repeat customer and we definitely would recommend them.

Had one of the systems in my home replaced. From the moment they came to the front door to the moment they left, they were courteous and professional. The team of installers I had were extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer every question I had about the system. They did not leave my home until they were sure. everything was running perfectly. Cool Air Mechanical will be my company of choice when my other system is replaced.

Was looking for heating and air repair on Kudzu, called their number yesterday based on reviews to see if they could come out and fix one of our units, and also give us an estimate on replacing our two units. She said someone would be out here the following morning between 9-10 to repair the one unit, and someone else would be here between 11-12 to give us an estimate on replacing our units. 10:00 came and went, I called the number to find out an ETA, they had NO record of my address in their system, or the appointments. My time was wasted, and I'm still without air, and they are without a sale for two new units. Way to go!

Cool Air took great care of us with an HVAC replacement. We took advantage of the deal through Costco and could not have been happier with Cool Air's service and professionalism. Our Lennox unit was an affordable upgrade from our previous one. We will use Cool Air for all of our HVAC needs in the future.
