We ordered a chair. After opening the box, we saw it was damaged. We told them that and wanted to exchange, and instead of responding to the email, they just shipped a replacement part. This after we said we wanted to exchange it for another chair.

I ordered a chair 2 months ago from coolchairz.com. It never arrived. I followed up via email and my delivery date on the webpage went from 4-7 days (where it had been for a couple of weeks) to 4-6 weeks. It turns out the chair was out of stock, but there was ZERO communication about this. The owner did call me and then agreed to refund my money after I sent the email. However, after waiting a week, the refund never went through my credit card. I had to initiate contact with them again, in order to get a refund for the product they never sent. They tried to run the credit but had lost my cc #. Again, no contact to let me know this had happened or to ask for the number. It's been 2 months and no chair and no refund - just a big headache and waste of time having to follow up with them to get them to do what they *should* do as part of basic competence in sales. I hope the refund is coming, as I just got off the phone with them again, but I would have really preferred the chair. Note: the review would not let me submit without adding stars for quality & value. I have no knowledge of either as I never received the product.

We ordered a chair from Cool Chairz and received one that was defective. The chair was unprofessionally packaged and sent to us from their returns department. We notified them and after numerous emails they instructed us to return the chair to their returns office in New Jersey. The chair was returned and we never heard anything from them again, even though Federal Express verified the delivery to Returns. This process has taken more than six months. The best advice is not to buy anything from this merchant.

Need it to return a chair, no one returns my calls, and when I asked to speak to someone in the claims department, they transfer my call and I received a voicemail ALWAYS. Do not buy from this vendor. The worse service I ever experience. I regret not to see the review of service before.

My favorite office chair finally gave up the ghost, and I was looking to replace it. The only place that even carried this item was Cool Chairz, LLC. Very reasonably priced, so I broke out the card and placed an order on a Wednesday night. My chair arrived Monday. Would I order another item from them? Of course!

Don't expect to ever receive your "cool chairs." At least not in any reasonable time frame. I've been waiting about 6 weeks. When I contacted costumer service, I got a response stating that they would be shipped in 4-7 days. That was over a month ago. If I eventually get the chairs, maybe I will revise this review - but for now, STAY AWAY from this merchant.

I ordered a beautiful white office chair for a x-mas gift only to find out that it would not make it in time for x-mas. I contacted customer service and they immediately changed my shipping date to accommodate me. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this seller. I was a little skeptical to purchase a chair online. I found a chair that I really liked and I bit the bullet and placed my order. From the time that my order was placed, I received e-mail updates every single time that my order status changed up until the point that it shipped and they provided me with a tracking number. I like my chair and feel that I got good value for my money.

I reached out to CoolChairz.com to help me with chairs for my conference room. I ended up getting 8 of their Herman Miller Aeron "Knock Off" chairs at a great price. My chairs were delivered to my office in 5 days after purchase. I found their team to be very informative and very attentive!
