Outstanding!!
I cannot thank the team at Cool Masters enough for all of the work they’ve done on my home in the past year. Last year they re-did all of our duct work and added spray foam insulation in our attic. The difference that it made was incredible! So, when I woke up early Monday morning to find that the A/C was running and making a horrible noise but it wasn’t cooling the house, I knew who to call. I called Cool Masters on Monday morning and got on the schedule for Tuesday. I received a call from them on Monday evening saying that Michael was in the area and could stop by early if we would like him to. He showed up 10 minutes later, fixed us right up and we had a comfortable house again and now everything is working fine! I think through all the work that we’ve had done on the house, we must have been visited by nearly everybody that works there! They are all SO pleasant and professional. I refuse to use another company! Thank you Cool Masters!!

Exceptional service!
We were expecting to have to replace a unit, however when Jonathan arrived (on time) he was quickly able to diagnose the problem and had us up and running in no time. We're sleeping cool again and were able to save a bundle as well. Jonathan and Cool Masters have definitely earned our business moving forward. We WILL be recommending them to any of our friends who need A/C work in the future. Thanks guys!

No Reason To Call Anyone Else
Gary from Cool Masters came out last Thursday and fixed my problems in no time. His inspection was thorough and he took the time to show me and explain in detail why my upstairs AC unit wasn't working properly. He was knowledgeable and went through all my options. I was able to get same day service -- they even called me back to let me know an earlier appointment had opened up. Highly recommend.

HONEST, DEPENDABLE, and REASONABLY PRICED
My upstairs AC unit wasn't working so I called a large, well known company to come out and look at it. They told me the compressor was broken and both units should be replaced, as they are 12 years old. They quoted me $10-12K for the complete job. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Jonathan from Cool Masters came out and fixed it in 15 minutes for a total of $271! Turns out the compressor is just fine! Jonathan said I should be able to get another two to three years out of the existing units. He also gave me prices and more options should I choose to replace the units. His prices were much more affordable! Thank you for your honesty and reasonable rates!!! So good to have an honest heating and air company!

The Guys Are Awesome
I needed my 22 yo ac and furnace replaced. I had 3 estimates done. These guys were great and I am glad that I went with them. Jonathan did the estimate. He was quick and professional. He was very knowledgable and explained a lot of the pro's and con's of the different options. I asked him to price several options for me to choose from. I never felt any "salesman" pressure from him. Cool Master's price beat the other 2 estimates by several hundred dollars. The guys came out pretty quick and worked really hard getting the system replaced. They were courteous, considerate and focused on getting the job done right. I couldn't be a happier customer. Thanks Jonathan and Cool Master!
