Great!!
I'm so grateful for these guys! This summer when I moved in to my first home (used to apartments) they came and installed a new AC unit for me and today they did maintenance without making me feel like the idiot (I know I am) for putting in the wrong filter. They even gave me some energy saving tips! They know what theyre talking about without dumbing it down. Definitely recommending to anyone!

Best HVAC company we have ever had over
Cool Masters came out to inspect our HVAC recently and I will never have anyone else come out again. We got a new system at the beginning of the summer from a competitor. We were worried because since then we have been sick constantly and recently found mold close to the unit. Cool Masters was so honest and thorough. Since we know nothing about HVAC systems, he really could have said we needed a new xxx (insert anything) and we would have hands down wrote a check that minute. but he didn't he said it was installed right and he checked the whole unit and said the problem wasn't the HVAC. It is hard to find a honest reliable company that will not try to take advantage of you or the situation and this is one of those companies you can truly trust.

If you only read one review, read this one!
I'll start by saying these guys are FANTASTIC. I'll share details, but boil it down what's truly great about these guys is that they're both HVAC contractors and foam installers - and they go hand in hand. We had them come out to quote foam in the attic of our new house since our air kept running. Jonathan immediately found a handful of problems with our HVAC that RS didn't find in 2 separate visits - the main reason our house wouldn't get cool and AC ran 24/7. Jonathan offered to fix the problems with the AC in lieu of the far more expensive foam install. That was INSTANT CREDIBILITY with me. Long story short, we had the HVAC fixed and went with the foam as well. The install went perfect and now our electric bill is nothing compared to what it used to be! Do yourself a favor and USE THESE GUYS.

Very Knowledgeable
This is the second time I've called Cool Masters. Even before they arrived they were calling to make sure we were aware when they would arrive. We had a problem with both furnaces - which had not been installed properly by home builder. The technician from Cool Masters quickly found and repaired the problems, clearly explained what was wrong, inspected the entire heating and AC system and found other issues that we had not yet encountered - in both systems!
Best of all their rates were very, very reasonable. I strongly recommend Cool Masters. They are honest and reliable, and pay close attention to all the details of the job, from the first moment you call.
