I also had a warranty through AHS and they sent these people to my house. I was told that AHS would not make any more repairs to my system unless I had tthe coils, etc. cleaned, which Complete charged me over $500 to do. Even though there was no problem with the A/C before Complete did their "cleaning", when I tried to use the A/C it did not work. AHS sent another company to my house and they said that parts were missing from my A/C unit. When I called Complete, they ignored my calls and would not come back out. AHS would not make the repairs because they said that maintenance is not covered by my contract. I have now spent over $1600 to repair the system. I would not recommend Complete or AHS!

I guess we have to agree with the previos reviewers because we have faced the same attitude by these folks. They don't call back after repeatedly calling them. They sound very nice on the phone but are patronizing and can't handle their business at all. In fact we have had to go thru them because of American Home Shield every summer for the last 2 years and everytime they stop gap fix our AC issues but then again a few months later, we have the same issue of the unit not cooling. In fact they also have the ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT for both our HVAC units and still they never do it right. In fact, One of the employees even told me that American Home Shield stictly instructs them never to declare an unit unrepairabl;e because then AHS has to bear the expense of installing a brabd new one. The employee even said that they are instructed to always try to repair it and make it work for the time being because everytime we make a service call thru AHS, we have to pay $55 and then these folks come and do something to make it work for a few days and things are again not functioning properly. In fact the employee told me that they try to locate issues by creating or fixing an unrealted issue just to find out what the real issue is. I had them come out 3 days ago and they told me that the freon valve was leaking and that they would come back soon with the part to replace it because else the FREON would leak. It's been 3 days now and no one has even come to replace that.

We had to use this company through our home shield warranty company, and they replaced something in our A/C. Well, our A/C now runs constantly and never gets any cooler. We are sweltering, and the technicians come out and say there is nothing wrong. I guess it is in our heads that the temperature in our house is 80 degrees where we have the system set at 73. The whole staff is rude and patronizing, when you can get ahold of them. I would not recommend them at all.
