Let me start off by saying I am a Coolray customer and have had no issues with them concerning my AC unit. However, I am very, very disappointed in Mr. Plumber. I tried to replace a leaky cold water washing machine valve and the copper pipe below spun around and cracked near the floor. I called four plumbers and Mr. Plumber was the only one that picked up at 9 PM. They informed me someone would be out between 10-2 the next day, which was awesome. I had to leave the water turned off from 9 PM to 2PM with 5 people in the house. Inconvenient, but is what it is. I was already looking at replacing the entire washing box and found them available with water arrestors around $65. Mr. Plumber shows up and I had already removed the sheet rock down to the floor. He takes a look at the work and and comes back with a quote. They were going to replace the washer box and install a new one with water arrestors, replace a 3 ft piece of copper pipe, and give me new braided hoses. I told him I did not need braided hoses, that my hoses were fine. His quote....wait for it.....his quote was $700 freaking dollars. I said excuse me, you know the washer boxes are only $65. Where is the other $635 dollars coming from. He said to me that the work was being done by a licensed master plumber...and I honestly didn't listen to anything else after that. I went to Home Depot, spoke with an associate and used my limited DIY skills to fix the problem for $95

Coolray replaced all the old rusted out ducts in my crawlspace with new insulated flex duct for a reasonable price. The salesman, Clay, and the lead tech, Shaun, worked with me to find a cost effective solution and now our home is much more comfortable! The AC unit is working half as hard so I anticipate a substantial power bill savings.

Horrible company. Sales man tries to scare you into buying a new system. They also scam you out of money by over charging for things. I was stupid enough for a second call to service my home and then pow got over chaged over 500 dollars for small part. The part was also faulty and failed less than a year later. They said they would not guarantee part since my unit was so old. So I went to Marietta Appliance Parts and asked how much my part would be and it was only 30 dolalrs. Took 4 seconds to replace and has lasted for years now. READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND LEARN THAT COOLRAY IS A RIPPPPP OFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Joe Hayes and his son came out and replaced 3 gas water heaters with 2 new ones. They did a great job installing new copper pipe and cleaning up. There was an issue with a bad valve, but Joe came out the next day and fixed it perfectly. He is very professional and takes his work very seriously. I would highly recommend them.

Maintenance on my tankless along with inspection of my plumbing was flawless. Discovered items I missed during my own inspections and provided information that I was unaware of about hoses and ice-maker piping. Fortunately the only thing wrong in my house is a flapper that they honestly admitted that it would be cheaper for me to replace than their standard rate. Professional service, honesty and regardless of what my place looked like, they still treated it with utmost respect means I will continue to use them for any work needed in the future.

These folks do all my HVAC work, so decided to try their plumbing services when my kitchen sink blew a leak on Memorial Day. The tech, Blake Robinson, came immediately, and quickly and efficiently repaired the leak. He also rebuilt some piping that had been installed incorrectly before. The charge was very reasonable--no surcharge for the holiday---and I'll certainly call them again if I ever need plumbing services.

A couple of months ago, I started seeing signs of a sewer line backup (very slow draining after a load of wash or multiple toilet flushes). With large trees around, I hoped it was not a collapsed line due to roots. Two Mr. Plumber technicians came and scoped the line to confirm a collapsed pipe. Trucks, backhoe, pipe, and skilled workers showed up a couple of days later. They were nice, clean, professional, and returned my yard and shrubs to as close to the way they were as possible. I was impressed and recommend them to everyone needing similar service.

Used cool-ray in the past and liked them. Had a small outside faucet leak so called Mr. Plumber. Guy showed up and unscrewed a part and screwed a new one in (part cost about 10 dollars at Lowes or HD). This was not an emergency situation so I don't expect emergency rates.

I bought a new unit for my condo over a year ago. On Memorial Day, I noticed it was not getting cool as it had been. I called Coolray that night. They offered to send someone that night but I decided to wait until the next day. The tech came out, ran a couple of tests, and figured out that one of the connectors had a leak. He replaced the part immediately and now it's running like new again. Coolray is a model for customer service.

I write this after spending 3 hours cleaning up the enormous puddle of RAW SEWAGE left by the Mr. Plumber tech that was at our house. We had a sewer line blocked and I tried the $93 or Free offer from Mr. Plumber (part of Coolray). To their credit, it was $93 and they cleared pipe. I wasn't expecting white glove service, but what I did not expect was to have to clean up the enormous puddle of RAW SEWAGE (did I mention that?) left in our bathroom. And when I say enormous, it is a small bathroom (about 6 x 6) and you could only see about 25% of the floor. The other stuff - being late, not finishing the same day, forgetting to schedule a follow up to finish the job - is annoying but can happen. Leaving our home they way they did - to me that is inexcusable. The tech did offer me the phone number of a restoration company so I could get someone to clean up after them. He also pointed out that I needed to take care of this quickly as it would quickly become a health hazard. I will think very long and hard about ever allowing Mr. Plumber or Coolray anywhere near my house again. From the Mr. Plumber Web site - "When you invite one of our State of Georgia licensed plumbers into your home, you will know they will always be on-time and will give your home the respect it deserves." SO WRONG!!!
