Not only was purchasing my first piano from Cooper a real pleasure, but it was equally pleasant when I wanted to upgrade to a Baby Grand. Also, they have moved my piano a couple of times, and their moving/setup team is absolutely wonderful. They handled my piano as though it were the most important piano in the world. I highly recommend them for any service or product they offer!

wanted to buy a piano for our new home so I started shopping. I quickly found out that buying a used car was easier. The dealers and salespeople talked down to me and each one said that I should be careful about getting taken. So I went to the internet so I wouldn't have to talk to anyone and it got worse. All the different opinions about drove me crazy and a good friend told me to go to Cooper Music and I am glad I did. What nice people, they have been in business for 100 years and if I was not happy they would take the piano back! They answered all my questions and concerns and it was a pleasure to purchase there. They took out all the risk and put back in all the pleasure in the shopping experience.
