Service was slow for our visit. However, that was expected, given the crowd that was at the restaurant. Great, clean atmosphere and the food was really good. We'll be going back to try the cheesecake.

First trip to Atlantic Station and we try this place. We should have gone to The Strip across the street and had a real steak. I ordered the ribs at CCB and they were a poor excuse for ribs. They had absoulty no flavor at all!! The fries that came with it were cold and un-cooked. The service was VERY slow! It was very expensive and it was a horrible experience. Please save your time and your money and go to a real restaurant!!

Excellent food! Main issues: service is slow due to big crowd. Seating is very uncomfortable and there isn't much room-tables are too small and too close to each other. Gets very noisy too.

It should be a crime for them to advertise themselves as a 'cheesecake bistro'. My friends and I were at Atlantic Station and decided to get a couple of slices of cheesecake to go since the restaurant was pretty busy. It took about 10 minutes for someone at the cheesecake counter to notice me standing there and then it took a while to get my order, which I understood since the restaurant was pretty busy. There were 4 of us and we got 3 different kinds of cheesecake that we ate when we got back to my house. Beside the size of the pieces were pretty small for the price, my chocolate cheesecake was terrible and inedible. My friend's more traditional style cheesecake was just as bad. It was bland and flavorless and just gross. I've never had their food, but seeing that they can't even get the food in their name right I won't be trying it.

While the service is not the best I have experienced the food and atmosphere more than make up for it. This is the place I bring all of my out of town guests to and they leave raving about how much they love the restaurant. Come when you are hungry and when you are not crunched for time and you will be very happy that you did.

This was a disastrous dining experience. The Servers are incompetent. The management is incompetent. We were seated at a filthy table and when a staff member asked another staff member to clean the table, the one cleaning it had a very nasty attitude and got mad at us because he had to clean it. The manager, Sean, and the corporate offices did nothing about our experience; not even a free coupon or piece of cheesecake. This is an extremely gheto establishment. See for yourself. Instead of a Cheesecake Factory knockoff, you'd be better served (literally and figuratively) someplace else. Don't spend money at this joint.

We went to this place over the summer and friends of ours called to make reservations. They told us to come at 7:00pm. Since we had never been to Atlantic Station we got there an hour early and walked around. Went we arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes till, they proceeded to tell us they didn't have reservations, but call ahead seating and we should have checked in when we arrived. We still had to wait over 40 minutes to be seated. Unreal, will not return.

We went one Saturday mid afternoon and the service was soooo slow. It is a bit pricey for the food. Perhaps we went at a bad time but don't think I will go back.
