Brian did a wonderful job! He always keeps me informed and updated about my insect activity, and he even helped me get my garage door open. He was a great tech. Very nice. Thank you.

The tech was very friendly, efficient, timely, always knocks on the door. He even took the time to get used to our dog! He sat down and patiently waited for me to complete all the paperwork. He's very compassionate and was happy to answer all of my questions. Feels like he's family!

They are loan sharks of the pest control industry. They tried to charge us $8000 for $1500 work of repair work (we got quotes from other companies). They were rude and unprofessional.

I'm always pleased with their service. I live in an area that's real prone to black widows, and I have kids that play outside a lot. I've seen zero widows since receiving their service, and am more than confident that my kiddo's are safe outside from those pests. Also, their tech's have personalities. Very good, valuable company all around.

Im very upset whith this company its been going on for a while. First they broke my fence and killed my plants. They where late also to my house by three hours. four years and one month later i have flying termites in my house i called them thinking i was on there four year guarantee i wasnt. They sent a termite man to my house he looked like a slob and said sorry your guarantee is up and said i needed a tent treatment again then gave me a bid that was hundreds more than last time. inflation! get real. I called a nationally recognized company and they said it was impossible to get flying termites again so soon .They do not return my calles and finaly i just gave up and went somewhere else hope this helps

Had Brian out for inspection of house. Was on time and very knowledgable on treatments. Very impressed with his demeanor and his recommendations. Looking forward to seeing results when they perform the fumigation in September.

Did not show up to appointment, between 12-2pm. Called the office and they couldn't tell me where driver was at. One would think that they could call the driver and ask. Everyone has a cellphone these days. Maybe company should spend less money on advertising on TV, and more money to get lines of communication in place.
