Was told they would fix my mower in 10 - 14 days; over 3 weeks later and still not fixed. Pitiful. Wonder how much the cost is going to exceed the estimate.

Kept breaking my mower-didn't know what to do. Went over to Corley's in Duluth-thought I would try to leave it there for scrap. They fixed it for me-quick and for less money than I would have paid for lawn service one time! I used to know nothing about mowing-now I have a mower and weed eater (they sold me for a song while I waited for mower) Thanks for the help and info! Best place-nice people...

Horrible Service. Shady at best. Stole good parts on my mower and replaced with garbage. Very rude people. Replaced parts without my permission and I didnt want to get the mowers fixed here after their evaluation. They still took parts from me and wouldnt give back my original things. Buyer beware. I would not refer an enemy to this place.

Neither I nor my staff is aware of this issue nor the patently false accusations made. If this person has any proof, I will gladly review and make amends accordingly.
I am posting this review again as of 3-18-12. My previous review from 4-16-11 was removed when I attempted to reply to Corley Mower's incorrect /lie response. Here is my review again: I brought my mower to Corley for a tune-up. When I returned home I noted that the air filter was not changed and the oil was dirty. Returned mower to Corley and they agreed with me that they DID NOT perform the tune-up on my mower. Corley informed me "it was a paper work mistake". I DID NOT receive a subsequent free tune-up. If I had rec'd a free tune-up, I would be a happy customer - I realize that mistakes do happen.

This customer was not charged for the resultant tune-up
Inconsistent pricing - quoted a different price for service each time I spoke with someone. Misquoted repair times - told 7-10 days, did not have it ready at 14 days. Save your time - buy a new mower or go to Howard Brothers for repair service.

All customers are given an estimate at the time the unit is checked in. It is an estimate, not a firm price. They are also advised that we will call and advise if the expense exceeds a predetermined amount and we will call upon completion. 3kids49 called us in excess of ten times and complained about the estimate each time. It was explained that we can only give an estimate until the technician evaluates the machine, and an exact cost of repair can be given. The mower in question had a bent crankshaft and was unrepairable.
