This practice was wonderful when Dr. Doyle and Dr. Goo were there. However, since the change of physicians, I would not recommend it. Brought my young child there and was seen by Dr. Walraven--she... gave us incorrect information, insisted on a flu test without any symptoms and provided the wrong dose of medication. When I received my bill, I was charged twice for the flu test that I didn't even think was necessary. Will NOT return.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
We absolutely loved this practice that Dr Doyle and Dr Goo worked so hard at establishing as the best medical care around!! However, we learned at our last visit that management decided to terminate... Dr Doyle and Dr Goo. I am still at a loss as to why in the world two of the finest physicians that I have ever encountered would be terminated and replaced with nurse practitioners!! I feel that this shows that management cares more about profits than the quality of patient care! Our family is so disappointed and heart broken!!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I just returned home from an urgent care visit to Dr. Goo with my 2-year-old who had a UTI. This is our third time using this urgent care facility and I have been increasingly impressed with each visit. First, I'm thrilled to have pediatric urgent care in Decatur, as my children always get sick on nights on weekends, and I like to avoid the Emergency Department. At Correct Med, we are always seen quickly (especially for urgent care), and Dr. Goo takes a lot of time and is very thorough. He took the time to look up all of our daughter's previous visits to Children's Healthcare and noticed patterns that had previously been missed by her other providers. Everyone on the staff was patient and kind and helped to cheer up my very distressed toddler. They invited us to play in their very own vegetable garden (complete with a fountain) while we waited for lab results. How often do you get to that at a doctor's visit? Finally, when we went to the pharmacy directly after our visit, the pharmacist told me that Dr. Goo had called to ask that she please try to fill the prescription as soon as possible because we were on our way. She was very impressed with him as well! I'm so pleased that I think I'm going to switch to this practice for regular pediatric visits!

But honestly, it would even be worth a drive. My first emergency with my baby last weekend was handled so quickly and smoothly, I just want to get the word around about this place! Its only been around for 6 months and needs to build up patients. Its a big, clean, friendly place with awesome doctors and nurses. I wish I knew about them before so I could make this my primary care pediatrician (they do primary care pediatrics, urgent care, and even adolescent GYN). I can't recommend them enough!

Having had a phenomenal pediatrician back in Chicago, my bar was set pretty high and I can honestly say that Dr. Doyle and the CorrectMed nursing staff have exceeded my expectations. What sets CorrectMed apart is their attitude. In the Atlanta area we have many talented doctors, nurses and practices, but not only are the doctors and staff at CorrectMed incredibly good at their jobs, they are friendly, warm, respectful, and it is obvious that they care about their patients. We aren't just another file or name on an insurance form -- they are concerned about my child's welfare and development, and they make sure he has what he needs to thrive. One of the things I really appreciate about Dr. Doyle is her follow-up -- she doesn't just write a prescription or recommend a course of action and then say "see you next year." She calls to check on how things are going, she does whatever she can to assist, and she makes sure that *I* have the understanding I need in order for Jacob to do well, and that is worth more than I can say.

My girls (ages 13 & 16) were seen on different occassions for athletic injuries. Both requested to be moved to this practice for their regular pediatric visits. The office staff made it easy for the transfer and we're looking forward to a "well visit" checkup. My girls felt very comfortable with the doctors and staff.

We have been to CorrectMed for an injury and for an illness. The medical care and service were terrific. Our visits concluded in less than an hour and we avoided the ER (and ER co-payments). Dr. Goo, the nurses, and the office staff are wonderful with children, including my child who was having a hard time being at the doctor's office.

I gave CorrectMed a try last night, and they are wonderful! The staff is friendly and professional, Dr. Goo is very knowledgeable and compassionate, and the facility is clean and very kid friendly. I'm so glad to have this option now in Decatur and not to have to use CHOA or the more adult-specific urgent care centers in town.

Beautiful office. Wonderful people. Excellent care. X ray machine. If I was looking for a new pediatrician, this is the first place I would look. What would have been a 4-8 hour CHOA visit to receive an xray was less than two hours. The care was delightful all around. It is so rare to find such wonderful, caring bedside manner. Also, this is a family business to boot.

We were a "walk-in" and were greeted immediately in a clean, new facility. We needed an exam, a test and documentation for school. All came through in a very short time. We had questions about ongoing patient care and three different doctors introduced themselves assuring us of their collaboration as a team. We had billing challenges and they worked with us. Can you believe it? Even my sick teenager was charmed.

I feel obligated to write this review. CorrectMed has apparently terminated Dr. Jessica Doyle from this practice coming on the heels of her father abruptly leaving several weeks ago and in the midst of what appears to be a fundamental disagreement over exactly what services this location will offer. While my heart goes out to the remaining staff members who are no doubt competent, honest people, I cannot in good faith let the owners/operators of CorrectMed get away with such a bone-headed move. Jessica was a phenomenal pediatrician and an even better person. I can't image the type of moron or group of idiots the owners of CorrectMed must be to screw up so bad that Dr. Jessica Doyle and her farther Dr. Goo essentially felt they had to walk away from a practice they poured their hearts and souls into. Do I know all the details of the original arrangement of the practice and exactly what has taken place over the past months that lead to this result? No, of course not. What I do know is that my family will follow Jessica wherever she decides to go next and will do everything in our power to make sure future potential patients of CorrectMed in Decatur understand this facility is owned and operated by fools. Honestly, I don't care what excuse they may have or might proclaim. Letting their relationship with the best pediatrician this community has potentially ever seen crumble into pieces was a giant mistake on CorrectMed's part. If I only had more than 250 words...

This practice is fantastic! We went there for urgent care and were seen super quickly. Dr Goo and the nurses were so friendly. They really took their time with us and were compassionate and caring. The office was great for kids...my son was thrilled that there was a TV monitor in the exam room. We will definitely go back and would HIGHLY recommend CorrectMed.

We are so happy to have found CorrectMed. Due to insurance changes, we were forced to search for a new pediatrician for our two children. Everything happens for a reason! Dr. Goo and Dr. Doyle provided outstanding care for our 10 month old. She was brought in with a really bad cough, and it was so nice that they were able to provide a very thorough exam including a chest x-ray within their office. Our little one is healing, and we are looking forward to having a wonderful pediatrician to visit in the future.

The first thing to know is that I am a pediatric physician in Atlanta, so I know quality when I experience it. I took my daughter to Correctmed when she had an allergic reaction with hives all over her body. Dr. Goo saw her within minutes, and treated my daughter quickly. My daughter immediately improved and is doing great. Dr. Goo was compassionate, thorough and incredibly skilled. The copay was much less than an ER visit, and we were seen much faster. I highly recommend Correctmed. It is one of the best pediatric resources in Atlanta.

I brought my sick 9 month old in today because his pediatrician's office is closed until after the holidays. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Goo and his caring staff. We didn't wait for hours as we would have at a hospital ER or the "other" urgent care options for children. I highly recommend CorrectMed Pediatrics without reservation.
