Keeping it simple and treating customers right - I have been a member of Costco for years and find that they have a wide assortment of products at a great price. I do find it difficult to get out of the store without spending at least $100 and the package quantities are more than I really need, but I just keep some out in the Garage or fill the pantry.
Don't like or have a problem with a product? No problem returning items here.
