I took my 1999 Sable in for repairs after the transmission failed. Now after three return trips and two weeks total time without the car I have had to hire an attorney to sue these people after I pay for another repair shop to fix it right. Cottman Customer Service was no help at all. Not what you would expect from a National chain.

We just had the transmission in our Jeep Grand Cherokee replaced at Cottman. As bad as that experience could have been, Sean made it relatively pleasant. We got a fair quote and saved $100 with an online coupon that he told us about. They repaired the car quickly and even stayed a little late for us to pick it up after work. It was a great experience. Hopefully, I won't need a new transmission anytime soon, but I'll recommend you guys to anyone I know who does.

I would not recommend this company to anybody looking for great customer service. The woman who owns this franchise is a very interesting person. She was very dishonest and rude when my car was taken in for repair. They are known for giving a low quote on the phone and then raising the price after the work is done.
