Horrible customer service, now that they are under new management. I had been a very loyal customer up to this point -- have used their service probably 100 times. Yesterday, I came in right at 6pm to get a quick wash before closing. The manager refused saying the tunnel is on a program and it locks the code right at 6pm. The only thing was, he has his buddy's car right next to me getting vaccumed and he sends this car through the tunnel just after I leave (I was curiously watching from the gas station across the street). What a jerk. If that is the way you treat your most loyal customers, I will NEVER go there again.

I have been unhappy after visiting to Cotton Creek Car Wash. The Manager is one of the worst for customer service. They refused to clean aluminum wheels remained dirty after machine wash as I had only paid for a regular wash and not a Detail Package. Stating that their equipment is more advanced then more of regular wash places!!

I've used Cotton Creek for years for all of our family cars and they provide great service and attention to detail. And they're a good value. If I have complaints, it's that they're too thorough and sometimes take too long doing the detail cleanup before and after it goes through the car wash, but it's worth the wait! Highly recommend!

WARNING!!!!!! NEVER HAVE YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!!!!! I took my car here and THEY made a SIX FOOT LONG SCRATCH ALL THE WAY DOWN THE SIDE OF MY CAR. I took my car back the next morning and NICELY brought this to GEORGE ROBERTS attention (he claimed to be the Manager). He didn't even examine the scratch. He just immediately got on the defensive and asked me "did you see us scratch your car?". I told him that it was NOT damaged before I brought the car in, for the wash. He then said "I look forward to you suing me". I then asked him is this the type of "customer service" your company gives it's customers? He then got VERY belligerent and started yelling, cursing and swearing at me. Keep in mind I remained calm and was in a total state of shock that this "manager" would verbally abuse a paying customer, as he was doing to me. I asked who the owner of the company was and he said "that's none of your f#@&ing business". He then walked over to my car and started saying "you bring a piece of sh*t car like this in here and then blame us for your scratches..." My car was ULTRA-CLEAN and was in immaculate condition, before I brought it in to Cotton Creek Carwash. Mr. Roberts then started insulting me by calling me all sorts of names and asking me "how much money do you make per year? I bet you won't be able to afford to sue us". Keep in mind that I had never mentioned anything about "suing" them. Cotton Creek Car Wash is the WORST!!!!!

We offer a wide variety of services so we can address most all cleaning challenges. This customer was specifically asked if he would like to purchase a package that would pay extra attention to the wheels, as our Service Advisor pointed out that they had a build up of brake dust that would not come clean with just a wash.He declined and asked for the basic, least expensive wash. When the vehicle was finished the wheels still had brake dust on them and he demanded we clean them for free because they were part of the outside of the car. We tried to explain that we offered him that service but he declined. As additional products and labor are utilized to gaurantee the wheels would get cleaned, there is a cost associated with this service. He unfortunately was not happy with this explaination and threatened he would "post negative reviews on every site he could find" if we did not do the service for free.. We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and although we offered this customer a solution, we find it unfortunate we were unable to make him happy.

I took my van to Cotton Creek this morning and got a full service package which cost $12 plus $2 for van. I have two sets of mats in the van. I requested the mats be removed and cleaned as I have two young boys that keeps the inside of the van dirty. Once the car wash was finished, I noticed that the wheels - in between the rim - still had dirt on them. They wanted another $4 to clean the wheels. I was not asking them to make it look shiny or apply any tire shine rather clean the exterior of the van which I paid for. The owner said what I was requesting was like "going to a restaurant, ordering a meal and wanting dessert for free" This is not true - It's more like ordering a well done steak but the steak comes out half cooked and the owner saying, if you want it cooked more you have to pay extra. I left the place feeling like I got robbed. On the way home, I noticed that there were still gold fishes, crackers and cookie crumbs inside the van. Also on the windshield, there were still dead bug spots. Next time I will remember that a gas station car wash will do a better job then this place. STAY AWAY.

I have been unhappy with each visit to Cotton Creek Car Wash. The Manager is one of the worst for customer service. They refused to clean the door jam on the drivers door as I had only paid for a $ 20.00 Super Deal and not a Detail Package. I'll be going to Cactus Car Wash from now on and paying $ 12.95 for a Full Service Wash that will clean the door jams for me. Avoid this car wash.

They broke the coaster piece in my car. They refused to replace because it was previously damaged (even though repaired before I went in). They did give me a $80 gift card. The price to repair was $200 so only partially compensated.

They only did 4 things wrong: They did not armour-all the interior as requested; they did not vacuum the trunk, despite being reminded to do so; they did not shampoo the mats even though we paid extra for that; and they blocked us in. So, no, we won't be going back.
