I've been a regular maintenance customer of theirs for over 6 years and they are by far the best in town. I live in community where the HOA police are on top of everything so its a big relief to have a maintenance company that goes above and beyond time after time.

This was our second time using Courtney Lawn & Landscape and had another great exoerience. We have recommended them to all of our coworkers & would highly recommend them to anyone who wants an honest and reliable company on their property. We definitely have the nicest yard in our neighborhood.

WE OFFER MANY DIFFERENT LANDSCAPE PACKAGES CALL 435-5799 TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU!
We hired them to complete the landscaping for our back yard. We signed a contract and gave them a $2500 check. Five days later they called us and said that while they listed our pavers in the price of our contract, they forgot to include them in their calculation of the total price. This error resulted in a 75% increase above the amount agreed upon in our contract! We went back and forth with them for over a week but could not come to an agreement. They slightly reduced what they would charge us but ultimately, would not honor the contract. They've been in business for awhile so it is shocking they would make such a significant mistake and not make every effort to honor the contract they signed. They said they'd had no claims with the Better Business Bureau so I took their word for it (my mistake!). Upon checking the BBB Website, I found they have had one complaint in the last 36 months. I recently filed a complaint, so that makes two claims. Hiring a company to make improvements to your home is stressful enough without having to worry about this level of unprofessionalism. I'm posting this review in hopes that none of you will have this experience when you hire a landscaper. Best of luck to you!!!

I know who this is and she is leaving out a lot of important facts. One major fact is we require a deposit check along with a signed contract. Her check was not valid!
