Irresponsible and Unprofessional
Like the other reviewer, the cleaning service did not show up or call to reschedule. I used them bi-monthly. The first time this happened I understood, but the second was just plain rude. The work was average and the first cleaning is definitely the best. After that it's all downhill. I would not reccommend them, ever.

Best In Town
Covenant Maids is Outstanding!!! They are very professional and provided excellent customer service. I have used other services in the past and Covenant Maids is the "Best In Town". I have recommended many of my family and friends to Covenant Maids!

OK Cleaning -- Not on time if they show up at all
I called Covenant Maids and scheduled an appointment to get my house cleaned. The morning of the appointment (about the time they were supposed to be at my house), they called and said they had to move it to later in the day (after I had already rearranged my work schedule to be home) and then they were over two hours late from the new appointment time. Additionally, the rate quoted on the phone was not the rate they charged me.

All in all, the cleaning job they did was pretty good. My house was a mess and they did a good job of dealing with the clutter, etc.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt as far as the scheduling issues and scheduled another appointment for three -- four weeks later. The day before I called and confirmed that they were still coming, but they never showed up! I called and left a message asking them to call me back and they never did. I will not use them again.

If you don't care about your cleaning service coming when they say they are coming, this is an OK service. If you actually have a life and day job and want to be able to plan your day, I would not recommend them.

Atlanta's traffic as you all know is very predictably unpredictable. Calling clients on the day of service to shift the time is commonplace in the service industry. It is unfortunate that some clients have to wait on service providers in those situations when sticking to a scheduled time becomes tricky. Secondly, when giving an estimate over the phone, it is difficult to nail down the exact dollar amount when you are not onsite. Prospective clients oftentimes give rather not-so-accurate picture of the conditions of their homes, so we give a price range. The client's home was considered a level 5 cleaning, meaning very very labor intensive cleaning) which is actually priced at 2times the value of what was quoted. We only added $25 extra on his quoted fee (which by the way was very generous) sine we strive on building longtime relationships with our clients. Our second appointment was a miss. We called the client on his day of service more than 6 times to no avail to confirm his cleaning. We called him up to 2 days after his scheduled day to no avail. We never received an alternate number for him and thereby lost contact. Well, you win some and you loose some. This one was a loss.

Great service!
The women arrive promptly and do an amazing job of cleaning. They are respectful, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them, especially for an initial cleaning.
