Once upon a time we had a lot of records. Then times changed and we were dragged kicking and screaming into the CD era as new music came out. The day came when we looked up and no longer wanted to hear the static crackle of our old record player, the one with the quarter on the arm to hold the needle down in the grooves. Slowly, we replaced our old vinyls for the same music on CDs. Seems an album bought in 1971 for $2 can cost $18 on CD at a record store. Then we found The Cow. Used music. Not only did we find a lot of stuff we wanted at low prices, they took our albums, giving us a fair price, which we took in credit. Soon our shelves of albums became racks of CDs. So we got a 300 disk CD player. Next thing you know we have 300 empty jewel boxes. But guess what, The Cowtook them too and gave us more store credit! What a great place.
