They have visited my home 14 times and can't solve an intermittent wireless problem. They told us to upgrade to their premium service; They told us to upgrade our routers and modems; They told us to install fans to cool our equipment; They told us to rewire our entire home; They told us it was an issue impacting the entire neighborhood, after I went through the time and expense to implement all of their suggestions. As of this writing, my service goes out 4 times a day. They send a different contractor to my home each and every time. They have little or no training and wouldn't know what customer service looks like if it landed on their heads. This monopoly/collusive oligopoly needs competition or more regulations requiring them to be competent.
